My husband is a regular customer of The Musician’s Exchange! We visited their store last month to purchase some guitar strings. The Musician’s Exchange staff were cordial and professional. They had what we were looking for and were in an out in minutes! Thank you, The Musician’s Exchange for the service you provide to Van Buren and the River Valley!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They made renting my daughter's clarinet for school a breeze and fulfilled my order within 24 hours. Upon picking it up, they were very accommodating and also briefed me on a few key things I would have not otherwise known about. Pro Tip: make sure your child does NOT peel the label sticker off, as you will be out 3-4 weeks to order a new one in the event you need to send it in for repair. Musicians Exchange makes renting affordable. Highly reccomend. This is also Northridge Middle School's music shop of choice!

I just began visiting this place, having met the owner's wife while she had yard sale.

They were wonderfully patient with my novice level knowledge. They also offer half-price guitar strings!
Slinkies for less than $7!

I already love this place!

Awesome place I've been in a few times just for a quick browse but today 4-22-23 I made my first purchase, I bought a new 5 string bass and a few other items and while waiting for my setup I learned some things from Bill I surly didn't know he is very knowledgeable as is his wife and mark. I've always dealt with the corporate music stores but I won't anymore give this store a chance you won't go wrong.

Best music store in Arkansas!
Bill and his crew are friendly and honest.
They can fix anything, correctly. At a fair price. It's mostly a guitar store but they have a little bit of everything.

Today my grandfather and I went in to but an amp he was previously told cost $350ish. He was so excited to get it. He hadn't played in forever. He had a gig about a week ago but that was it for a long time and he didn't have an amp for it. Well we got there and he was told it would be $150. My granddad doesn't show emotion that well. But he started crying!! He was sooooo happy!!! He's said he's known the owner of the shop for a long long time and said "he's always taken care of me." Anywho... Made my week. Was the sweetest thing I've seen in a while. Y'all deserve more than 5 stars but sadly that's the max on here. He's been playing non-stop since we got home and it's 8:30

Had exactly what I needed, no need to wait a week on internet orders when there's a friendly local shop right down the street. Highly recommend!

I went there to buy a practice amp for my guitar. There were plenty to choose from. I bought a fender amp. They have a great selection of guitars and basses as well. If your looking for foot pedals they have loads of them. If you want to get the most bang for your buck this is the place. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about what they sell. I checked out some of the guitar prices and you just can't go wrong. They also do repairs on your equipment. So all you musicians this is the place for you.

They have very helpful and friendly personnel working there. If they don't have exact what you are looking for, they don't try to pressure you into buying anything but help keep an eye out for what you want. They have a lot to choose from and are always getting new items in. Any musician should check them out for upgrades to existing equipment; or, just to see what they have in stock.

Bill and his crew have taken care of me and my family and my friends for YEARS. Prices are well within reach, whether your are looking for new, or gently used. I've taken banjos for repair, as well as amplifiers-- again, repairs done in a timely manner and the price was extremely fair. Although I am nothing more than a customer, both Bill and Bob as well as Rachael and the others have always treated me like a king. I highly recommend this business. I can't say enough good things about them!!

Hey, I and a collection of preachers, musicians and singers always stop there on our way to PRISON to play and sing and share Gods love with the boys in Tucker. The staff are smart, working players. The prices are great. Area players swear by the place. When I'm on that side of the river, that's where I Go. Once, they were out of a brand of strings for ms and gave me a FREE SET of equivalent to make up for it. THEY ARE GREAT

Love this store and staff . I’ve not had the experience some have shared about leaving guitars there as I am a keyboard player and they don’t repair these.
But all my experiences have been very excellent.
I mainly love going in there because you never know what you might see!
