They are a good, reliable place to do business with. I was early but got right in and didn't have to wait long.

Love this place. They are always very upfront about what the work will cost before they proceed. Just very nice and very honest people, and they always fix what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. (Except once when I had transmission troubles, and then I had to sort out another place for that, but that's understandable.)

Incredible auto repair shop locally owned and operated! These hard working guys aren't the regular "mechanic"- the guys at autocare are the real deal, if auto repairs needed a hero they'd be wearing super capes! Beyond grateful for these fellas and blessed to have found them and get my ride some much needed TLC! Top notch and knowledgeable staff that works w you to see what's going on or if you just need general questions, but I personally prefer the recommendations since I usually have my 2yr old w me so anything that could be a potential concern is essential! I can't express enough how much this place has helped my family and I and how genuine all of the dudes there are! Extremely highly recommended!!!

Being new to the area I didn't know where to go and a co-worker recommended them. I am so glad that she did. I was amazed when they made time for me to come in and just look at what was wrong and then they actually called me back and let me look at the issue and explained it to me. Then they were able to get me in very soon in conjunction with my schedule. I have never had the service like this anywhere before and I've lived in a few different states. They are professional, friendly and just amazing prices. They are definitely a gem!!

Was traveling through with 10 hours to go and the check engine light came on. Stopped in at this wonderful friendly establishment. Without an appointment they squeezed me in, diagnosed a fouled plug, fixed me up and the cost was super reasonable. They would not accept my offer to pay extra for the much needed help. AWESOME SERVICE!!

Very friendly staff. I went here a while back and got my alignment done they did awesome job in a timely manner, so naturally I came back to get my transmission flushed only took about an hour. They do quality work at really affordable prices.

Got a oil change, they were faster than a quick Lube shop. Very friendly service too.

Jeep broke down on the way back to NWA. My vehicle was leaking coolant. We had crawl from the highway to the first auto shop I could find. They were at lunch. Went down the street to Auto Care. They were professional and looked it at in a timely manner. They figured out the problem, fixed it, and we were back on road to NWA less than 2 hours. Thank you guys. It could of been worst. Appreciate your service!

Great place for repairs. Staff is always very friendly. Prices are good. Always happy with the work they do for me and never feel like I was taken advantage of.

As a woman I have never felt uncomfortable walking into this shop, meaning no one has ever spoken down to me like I don't know what I'm talking about or I should have sent my husband in to do the work. We've used them for all of our routine maintenance on our vehicles and recently have had to take our vehicle in for a major malfunction. The folks at Auto Care really have advocated for me to get what I need out of Kia corporate considering this problem is a problem that KIA has created with bad manufacturing. We will continue to use auto care for our maintenance and mechanical needs.

This is the only place I take my vehicles to be worked on. Fast and efficient service with paying an arm and leg. They don't over charge you for extra work beyond what was originally asked and are always honest about what your vehicle needs.

Fair pricing and A-1 work !!! They are busy but worth the wait !!!
