I was traveling across country and our U-Haul needed servicing. We stopped at Jody’s Auto and I have never had such great and honest service. It was pure luck that I ran into this location and it was some of the best service that I have ever had in all my years. If I ever travel through Arkansas again and I’m having car issues I would come back here in a heart beat. Thank you Dustin and Cole for your help.

My wife’s starter went out, I called Jody’s spoke with Cole, he had a tow truck at my house within the hour, and had the car fixed by the end of the next day, they worked with my warranty company with ease, basically made it a stress free situation for us! I highly recommend Jody’s they are very professional and quick!

I needed to get tires and shocks put on a wheelchair accessible van and Cole was able to help me get everything set up over email. It was very nice to get a good plan going before we took the van over there. The work was done well and quickly. There was a problem with one of the parts and they called and explained the issue to me. Their communication was very good.

The guys at Jody's were really easy to work with, very clear in their communication, and very understanding with someone having a bad day. I even partially shut down at one point and was having trouble getting my words out. They were very professional and kind the whole time. The guy I talked to didn't even talk loud, which I was very grateful for. I will be back.

Jody’s did an amazing job getting our car back up and running! We had bought a Dodge Journey from someone and when we brought it into Jody’s for a tuneup the found many issues and they walked us through what our car needed as we went. We felt like our recent purchase was having issue after issue they took care of them all. We patiently waited on parts and the mechanics to work their magic and now we have a healthy family vehicle finally! Jody’s worked with us on the labor with having so many issues and some of the work they just charged us for parts. They were so kind and patient with us and our pain in the *** car. I recommend Jody’s 10/10 !!!

Great service, reasonable cost. It is better to make an appointment, but they worked me I even though they were short handed that day. These guys have earned my trust and will be back.

Jody’s Auto repaired my muffler and tailpipe, and everyone I talked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service I received there.

The entire staff I met and that helped me were very kind, helpful, and quick. I appreciated them making me and my repair a priority since I was about 4.5 hours away from my own home. Cole treated me like a real person and not "just a girl". We were able to talk about the plan for the car and cost honestly and candidly. This was a great way to communicate.

The only suprise I had was the markup on the parts and assembly that was repaired. But that did not effect the service or the quality of the repair.

Brought my car in to have the ac checked as it wasn’t blowing as cool as it should. They were able to get me in quickly and solve the problem. I will definitely use Jody’s again if another issue pops up.

Jody's is a great place to take your vehicle. They're always professional, the prices are great, mechanics know what they're talking about as does the office staff. And they know me when I come in for an oil change. I can't even get that from the dealer I bought my truck from. Thank you to all Jody's employees.

Looking for above and beyond quality…Jody’s ( Van Buren) is where it’s at! We’ve been going to Jody’s for a few years now. Our family has been pleased with every job they’ve done for us. They’ve worked on our handicap conversion Dodge Caravan, GMC Acadia and Nissan Frontier. Thankful we can rely on the work done every single time. Oh and it’s guaranteed!

Top notch service and friendly staff. They were able to work my vehicle in and get it fixed sooner than expected.

Broke down in Van Buren on back end of a long road trip two days before Thanksgiving. Had vehicle towed there, they dug into it, found the problem of a shorn off bolt detaching the serpentine belt tensioner. Got the rest of the bolt out, Scott fixed everything up on Black Friday when they were otherwise closed. Picked up the vehicle on the following Monday and drove home to AL without problems. They were excellent and helped me out in a crazy situation with awful timing; made everything well again. RECOMMEND!

UPDATE (again ☺) : If it wasn't for Jody's wonderful service, my old Chevy would probably be in the scrap heap by now. This last issue was diagnosed & repaired very quickly (under 24 hrs from calling them to picking it up). I remain a devoted Jody's fan.

UPDATE: my poor lil 9 y/o Chevy Sonic had a bad thermostat & water pump (not good in the midst of 100° temps) - Jody's quickly diagnosed the issues, called with the info & cost, then repaired it by the next morning (had to wait on a part). Plus, they follow up a few days later to make sure all is well. What a wonderful service! This old woman is now a devoted fan! ♥

I'm still in shock! Had a leaky tire & took it to Jody's. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner, they reset the sensors, but get this .... They didn't charge me a thing!!!!! Nada! Nothing! Zero! Said "It's what we do". THANK YOU JODY'S !!!!!

Fair rates. Friendly service. Honest and helpful. Quality work. They shoot you straight about what your vehicle needs but aren't pushy. We will continue to take our vehicles to these guys.

Yes very pleased with the charger and everyone is always so nice.
And so far so good on the dodge truck however I haven’t put fuel in it since the cold weather has started.
