I used Williams for a cascading wedding bouquet. I brought in a reference photo and they did an amazing job matching it! The order was pretty short notice (2 weeks), so I was surprised that they were able to get it done so well. The bouquet was exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. I dried the bouquet after the wedding, and I have it preserved on my wall. I definitely would recommend this florist.

This is a truly wonderful florist: professional, creative and attentive to details. We had an unexpected death in our immediate family and Willams Florist, via a telephone call, helped craft a personalized large wreath at 4:45 pm on a Friday night. Can I say how impressed and grateful I am for their exceptional customer service. Their computer system messed up and didn't notify them of my husband's order for me. He called and they rushed to make sure I got it before I left work. Well, it wasn't exactly like how it was supposed to be. They reached out and apologized for everything. So many companies now do not. The apology was enough for me but they then went above and beyond and sent me an apology arrangement.

The woman that took my call and my order was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. The flowers were delivered in a few hours, and my girlfriend was ecstatic about the flowers. GREAT JOB to Williams Florists! We were very pleased with the service we received!!
