Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We were driving back from a spring break excursion and happened upon this restaurant. Our fellow family traveller said it was good and we liked it! We grabbed a variety of sandwiches and also tried the onion rings and chili cheese fries. We enjoyed all of them. I had to read up and there is one in Wylie, TX so not terribly far from home. We will definitely have to go back for more as I didn't get to try the chili cheese hotdog which looked really yummy too.

What a fabulous place! The service was excellent, the employees were exceptionally courteous, the food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was nostalgic. We completely enjoyed dining here.

Good place. Good food. Great service. This particular visit the A/C was messed up so it was pretty warm dinning in, but not too bad. Had issues with redeeming a reward and the staff and manager were great with helping getting it resolved. Place was clean too.

Such a cute place with a fun vibe. Tasty, but different food. Not your typical burger. It kinda made me think of a scrapple burger.

We've always had good service and good food. Tried the onion rings this last visit and they were delicious. In our experience our food has always been hot and fresh. We have found Freddy's to be pretty consistent regarding the food and service.

I love this place!! Freddys fry sauce is AMAZING! My order is always correct and the sweet tea is good. Over all great place for a quick but really good burger!

Overall the food and service was great! My toddler loves the hot dog! He says Freddy’s have the best ice cream and hot dogs!

I went in for a sundae by myself. I Was greeted with a new employee who was very polite and ready to help. Dinner rush hit and I seen the lobby being maintained, everything stocked, and families being greeted and served in a timely manner. I'm going to love bringing my family here! Great job Freddy's Van Buren!! And your new employee!

This is always a great place to stop to get some great food at a decent price. Doesn't matter if your by yourself or have a family of 5 there is something for everyone. Food is always hot and fresh, the staff are always friendly, and lobby/bathrooms are always squeaky clean. Really recommend this place for sure!!

This is one of my favorite freddys I’ve ever been too! All the workers are super friendly and very attentive to their customers. It’s really clean and the bathrooms are spotless. Lastly the food was exquisite!!! I love the chili cheese fries and cheese curds. Definitely recommend!

Freddy's is an amazing establishment!

The quality of the food is utterly superb. The wonderful taste of a steakburger is difficult to surpass. The chili fries and cheese curds are lovely guilty pleasures. The French fries are incredible, and even more so with the Fry Sauce!
I put the Fry Sauce and seasoning on so many things!
With the made fresh to order food it easily provides a thoroughly satisfying eating experience. Even the custard is made on site!
The efforts to give a excellent quality of customer service is rarely seen in the restaurant world, let alone in "fast" food.

Had a concrete with cheesecake, butterscotch and almonds, hubs had the pineapple shake. 2 thumbs up from us both.

I am from California and moved to Arkansas so they said Freddy is a comparison to In & Out I say not but Freddy’s has it own taste and the way the meat is thing and crispy makes it unique. The customer service was good and place was clean I will visit Freddy’s again😀.

Food is always hot and tasty. Kinda different compared to most burger joints in my city. I usually get the California burger with fries and always enjoy it. The last time I went I got cheese curds also and they were really good!

I went Friday, I felt bad because they were so busy! I wasn't in line for long though, and the staff was so kind and polite! My burger was hot, the fries were fresh, and my custard was AH-MAZ-ING!!!!! This is by far my favorite fast-food/ burger joint to eat at!!! Will definitely always come back!!

We love Freddy's, and have eaten at many throughout the country. This was the first time in Ft. Smith, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the lobby was spotlessly clean, and the employees were friendly and fast. Come try it, you'll be glad you did!
