Mark served as our agent twice in the past 10 years when we moved between cities. Both times he went above and beyond our expectations. He advised us as we prepped our homes for sale, helped us set realistic prices, and brought well-qualified prospects to see our homes.

You'd expect a good agent to do those things, but Mark also did some really unexpected stuff. He even camped out for a while at one house, which was in a remote area and had been subject to some vandalism.

Our second home was sold during the pandemic, when prices were extremely unpredictable. In just over 24 hours on the market we received eight generous offers, well over the asking price, and he helped us sift through them, laying out the pros and cons of each. In the end we got a lot more for the house than we dared hope.
