Lowe’s is my go to place for my home improvement! Michael Halter has helped me tremendously the past two years from appliances, to paints, and flooring! He is professional, personable and knowledgeable!!

Staff was wonderful. I was on the search for the Kobalt pink mini tool chest. A staff member had the last one in her hand getting ready to purchase, and she very sweetly put it in my basket.
The other Lowes store had been out and helped us locate a store that had one. Thank you to them as well.

Seth helped us today in the lumber department. I explained my project and he was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. We were VERY impressed with him and the help he offered! Great employee! Thank you Seth!

As far as going to a store to get a new toilet seat goes. I had a great time? They had grape Big League Chew too. Bonus.

Went in to the store because I am doing a whole house remodel. Had the pleasure of working with Sara and Mike in the 11am hour on November 15, 2023. They are by far some of the best associates that I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! They helped me with all my picky wants and made sure that all of my items were loaded on my tailer for me!! Hope the 2 of Them get the greatest kind of recognition.

Purchased a pair of blinds. Didn't fit. No problems with exchanging them. Very nice salesperson

Came to Lowe's because home depot didn't have what I needed for a tub repair. A staff member help me find the item and advised me on a kind of brush I would need to complete my project.

I bought a dishwasher and had it installed. Todd Grim did the delivery and install. He was amazing, extremely nice and professional. He set up a time that worked for me. I am very pleased with him. I could not ask for better service!

Went there looking for blinds. Had no idea what to pick. We pushed the help button and someone showed up within 1 minute. A very friendly gentleman named Josh. At first he said that the expert in blinds wasn't available but he will try to answer our questions. Well, he did more than that!!! He was very knowledgeable and showed all the difference in brand, style and price. He made great recommendations 👏🏽😊. What an awesome service he gave us! THANK YOU JOSH!!!

Had an amazing experience today. I came in a little late for some lumber and one of the employees came to me and asked if i needed help finding anything, so I told him what i needed and he showed me where everything that I needed was. He even helped me load it all into my truck! 11/10 Customer service.

Great selection of anything you need for home needs and construction. Helpful and friendly people. Love the garden selection in the spring time.

Helpful friendly staff helped me load my dishwasher quickly... I liked the check-in for picking it up, just bring your receipt and scan and it tells you what position in line you are and the your est time for your wait

They had the part and no one in town did. But it would be nice if someone would help you!

I made an online order at the NLR store, but they never responded to me about when it would be ready. I called the Conway store to make sure they had the porduct I needed. I spoke with someone in the flooring department, I wish I could remember his name. He went and checked to make sure he had the product. I let him know I was on my way and he told me it would be in a cart at the flooring desk. When I got there, the cart was right where he said it would be and I was able to get home and finish my project. Thank you Conway Lowes.

I was in Conway Lowe’s today and got some lumber .There was one young man who helped me load and unload some lumber.He should be running the store in my book because he has the right stuff to deal with customers.Very kind,loves to work.His name is Casey from south Ar.The world needs more like him in the workplace.

My husband went here to pick up pipe heaters and tape and forgot his wallet. It's almost an hour drive from our house but it's the only store that had what we needed. The first lady who was in customer service basically told him he was screwed and wasn't AT ALL willing to help us. I told him I'd place the online order anyway and told him to go to someone else and show them and tell them what was going on. Whoever he went to that wasn't the first female was helpful. They got his order ready and I just sent him the bar code for the locker pick up instead of him having to come back the next day. I really appreciate the people who were willing to help out someone in a difficult situation as any decent human being would. I recommend this lowes based off of the people who were helpful when we needed them to be, NOT the female who was at the customer service desk, who had ZERO customer service.

Josh Lowe paint dept was very helpful with paint & primers on our bathroom.
