Ordered a corsage for my son's prom date last minute. Placed this order via telephone and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The employees were nice and the store carried an array of gifts and home furnishings.

I live in NW Ark and have used this florist every year for several years for mother's day and my mother's birthday. The arrangements are always on time and perfect. I'm never sure exactly what I want but I give them a price range and an idea of the colors I think would be nice. Mom always sends me a picture of the arrangement and it's always beautiful. Mom was a wedding florist years ago and not easily impressed! She always loves the flowers I send her from Classic Touch. Just my two cents...

I've seen the other reviews listed here and I'm glad I didn't notice them before I placed the order. I had EXCELLENT service, quality, and delivery. I am out of town but wanted to send a graduating friend some flowers at her work on campus.

I called three different florists in Conway. I talked to Classic Touch first and described what I was looking for, the woman on the phone was SO friendly and understanding. I then called 2 other places who were very terse and just pointed me to their websites and didn't offer any guidance.

When I called back the next day to place the order with Classic Touch, I talked to a different woman who was equally friendly. I had no problems placing the order, the delivery went perfectly, and my friend is SO pleased with her beautiful arrangement.

I bought flowers for my girlfriend through 1-800-FLOWERS, which was fulfilled by Conways Classic Touch. When she received them (after she got out of the hospital)--both her Mom & her said that they just looked like some weeds gathered out of the back yard!

When I called Conway's Classic Touch to complain, they IMMEDIATELY apologized & took responsibility for this, which I honestly believe was the fault of 1-800-FLOWERS, & told me that the owner wasn't in but she would call me back & make it right. Just as I was told, the owner called me back the next morning, & told me to come in & pick something else out. WOW!

This is what "customer service" is all about!
