Cloud 9 smoke shop &vape

My husband buys his cartons of cigarettes here. The prices are decent, and they usually have what he needs in stock. The sales clerks are nice and friendly.

I am so happy with this store! They are always ready with a smile to help you out they have a wide variety to choose from. I use them for all my tobacco and vape needs!

Mary is great! Place is clean, organized, with tons of products, good prices, and good vibes. Amazing service, too! Im not a cigar smoker but the selection looks huge.

I wanted to update my review. I went into the shop and Mary helped me replace my battery and cartridge. 5 star customer service for sure I will be a dedicated customer from now on. Thank you for making it right!!

First let me start off by saying, the customer service was fine, not complaining about that. However, I was sold a vape cartridge that expired months ago, which I didn’t see until it ruined my battery by leaking down into it. I had bought the battery two weeks ago from there, and the cartridge less than a week ago so I’m pretty upset with the wasted money. I did call so that they were aware of what product was unfit for sale. Very disappointed with this shop

Great store with a lot of product to choose from. Well organized and appealing to the eye. Chris is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his customers! Always has a smile on his face and will have you leaving satisfied and laughing!

One of the best shops in conway, Great variety on everything for your smoking or vapeing needs. Services is always great and Chris is always friendly and helpful anytime I've been in on his shift. If you go in the morning Mrs. Mary is always great also.

Had an emergency and needed a vape towards the end of the night, and they were the only place open later on a Sunday. The lady working was awesome, and I left with what I needed. Wide selection, would definitely recommend

I've been around Conway for about a year now and have seen every smoke/vape shop and this place is incredibly big with a very large selection of glass at a reasonable price. They do sell real delta 8 thc and cbd products (carts, edibles, and herb) and with their own cigar room to the very right of the store. I highly recommend coming here if you want a better variety of accessories. MUST SEE!!!!!!!!!
