Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

These Burger and some appetizers were excellent!!
Vegetables were very fresh and French fries and pretzels were so fluffy and very tasty!!!
Not so salty and not greasy.
Location is very convenient to get the store.
I recommend!!!

First I must say the service, friendliness & attention to the customer is top notch at this location. The burgers are so juicy but not greasy like other places. The fries were not greasy either & not salty. My mom has to watch her sodium levels so this was great for her. I had the gluten free bun which was one of the best I've had anywhere. Too often the gf buns are hard & dry but not at Red Robin. Yum! Get the bacon cheeseburger or the gourmet burger. I'll be on the lookout for this franchise as I travel.

We ate there on mid Sunday afternoon after the lunch crowd was gone and it was relaxing and enjoyable to dine in. Good food and friendly service. Not overly spiced.

Im sad to hear they have permanently closed. Was good, lots of burger options. It will be difficult to decide which one to get. They all look good. It was my mom's birthday so she got a free meal and a free dessert

Went with sisters and daughter for brunch. The server was more than accommodating. If ever in Conway Arkansas you gotta try red robins.

I love coming to this place on the week. They give free steak fries before your meal. The burgers are always good and they have great tasting mixed drinks.

Atmosphere was good along with the service. Little higher priced than I expected but was delicious.

Repeat customer, always great service, clean environment, and not an unhappy person in sight, ever. It's like the joy of Disney World, but for burgers.

YUM! Not sure what some of the bad reviews are about. People having a bad day I guess. This was our first trip here and definitely not the last. It was a busy, late Saturday night. No wait for seats, our server was great! Drinks in a flash, came back to us quickly and often as we had plenty of questions. Fries were never ending and delicious! Burgers were cooked and presented as ordered and were the best we've had anywhere in a long time. If you like upbeat atmosphere and GREAT food and service, this is the place to put at the top of your list.

Went here for hubby's birthday and had a nice burger. I love that you can swap in a grilled chicken breast for the burger patty on any sandwich. That makes it a favorite for me since I really don't eat beef.

I had the Big Tavern burger tonight and it's quite a tasty burger. The patty was well seasoned and the bun was toasted. The endless steak fries were good as well. And the service was excellent. Definitely the place to go for good burgers.

Service was friendly and accomodating. The food, 4 of us, ordered arrived hot and as we requested it. The experience was nice with music playing in the background. It was loud enough to hear without it interfering in our conversation. We enjoyed our time spent there.

Update 3/27/19:
I’ve given this location two chances since this review and it is SOOO much better! Most recently I took my kids this past weekend and everything was spot on. Our server was attentive despite a very busy restaurant. Our food was perfect and hot. We were refilled on fries multiple times. Everything was clean and much improved. Way to go!!

Initial, Spring 2018:
I honestly doubt I will give it another chance. I’ve tried eating here twice and had bad experiences both times. The first time I thought was a fluke because they had only been open for one week. They were out of napkins. Service was very slow. The second time I went was about three weeks ago. There were only four tables in the whole building and the manager seemed confused about where to seat us (there were 4 in our party). Then we waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. The server next to us said maybe our server was lost. She finally came and took our drink order and looked high as a kite and then disappeared. Again. For 10 minutes. So we got up and left and went to David’s Burgers. My coworkers have given this location several chances as well and I’ve heard consistently about issues: the wrong bread (because they were out of the correct bread) for certain sandwiches, out of napkins, out of KETCHUP. How do you run out of these things at a burger place?! I honestly think it’s being poorly managed and the staff is not well trained. Unless they can turn it around I don’t think this location will make it.

Yummmmm, bottomless sides and great selection of drinks. Who doesn't like bottomless root beer floats! Burger was a little undercooked for my taste but tasty non the less.

First time I've ever been to a Red Robin and I must say it was an enjoyable dinning experience. First of all the food was great. The burger I had was prepared exactly like I asked and tasted wonderful. But the really great part was the service. Our waiter was the best. He took amazing care of us. I will dine here again soon.

The food was amazing and so was the server. She was fast, funny and friendly.
