Clouse Family Medicine

I love Dr. Clouse and his entire office staff and nurses. I’ve been going there for years and everyone is and has always been friendly and super nice. Dr. Clouse cares about his patients. I have several health issues and he always listens to my concerns, is empathetic and does his best to treat and prescribe medications based on my specific needs. He has really come through for me when no one else would. Just recently, he went above and beyond and helped locate a new pharmacy for my family and I. He was a giant answer to prayer. He’s one of a kind.

I grew up going to Dr. CLOUSE with my mother and aunt as a child I would watch all the chiropractics.... For the last almost 10 years he has been my primary doctor.

I love Doctor Clouse very much because he has done so much for me and my wife in our health journey more than any other Doctor has ever done! I like most of the workers but I think that the front office lady could do better at remembering what is and isn’t what was told to her on the phone when it comes to canceling appointments and rescheduling them and then you get charged a $25 fee even though it was not your fault! I won’t give this practice any less than 5 because of Doctor Clouse but they need some people in the from reception desk that can remember important things from clients and actually look into it instead of letting you know that you are wrong and no matter what your still getting charged that fee and that is it! Literally made me so mad but Doctor Clouse is amazing and is the best Doctor in Arkansas for Chiropractic and Family Medicine work!

Best chiropractor in town! I have been going to him on and off for different issues and he always figures out what to do. I've had a very sore shoulder from being rear ended. He got his ultrasound machine out so he knew right where to put an injection in the bursa. I feel like a new person. The doctor that I had went to before I guess didn't know to do that even with reading my mri's? Anyway so very thankful! Comfortable environment and all ladies there are very nice as well. I can't express enough how relieved I am!

After my 3rd adjustment I'm having relief from back pain I've had for a decade. He has also taken the time to address issues others have disregarded. Dr Clouse is wonderful

Love the place an the doc so sweet an caring but my only complaint is one lady that works there is very hatful and makes u feel like ur not welcomed there at first i thought it was a bad day thing but it kept happening other then that love it

Love this place already been here only once only $25 for alignment.

I use to love going to this office, but over the last few years, it has changed for the worst. The staff changes constantly, they are rude and disrespectful. The last time my primary doctor referred me to their office, they kept losing the paperwork, so I ended up only getting seen twice. Not to mention the threats of coming after me for the payments because they couldn't bill the insurance without the referral they lost. I finally got the paperwork again and drove it to their office and got copies so they couldn't say they never got it....again. They smile and pretend but truly have no compassion for their patients. If you say anything, they simply blame others and pass the buck. They only care about money. My own primary care doctor refuses to refer patients to their office anymore because he saw the poor quality of care in Dr. Clouses's ex-patients. I'm sure they will have some excuse about all I have said, but people should know the truth.
