So, I've been going to Doc for years now. I like him & trust him. My last review was on a bad day for me, I was frustrated about alot of things. I'm so happy the girl that tried to over charge me wasn't there long. He has great staff now that have been there a while, all are nice & remember my name.. Doc has helped me alot in the last few years, Haven't had any problems with them since that one time with that 1 girl. He's ok with his religion in which in his heart & soul. I respect that..

Dr. T is an excellent diagnostician....if you want to feel better, call for an appt. He will listen to everything you s@y, and run appropriate bloodwork on you, then contact you promptly. I trust Dr. T completely with my he@lth-c@re,. From my initial visit his staff recognizes both me and my husband and c@lls us by our names. They treat us both friendly and professionally. At all times, they are aware of the limitations our. Insurance And treat us accordingly. Dr. Tompkins reads all the. Medical journals, And stays up to date with the latest treatments and meds...-|He constantly updates his knowledge and learns the latest medical news.

I absolutely love Dr. Tompkins. He helped me with so many things that no other doctor ever has. He helped get me into specialist that no one else was able to do. His lap is ran by a wonderful person who has been there for years. I have horrible rolling veins and hate having my
Blood drawn, but she gets it every time. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

This is the best Doctor that I ever had. I have multiple health issues and he takes the time to address each and every one of them.

Well I was going to get an appointment here but these reviews scares me lol

This is one of the worst clinics I've ever been. They won't listen. I went there 4 times for nothing. I need to get the I-693 supplemental form (the vaccination form) for my wife who traveled here with K-1 visa. The receptionist kept pushing my wife to do the full medical examination, although I told her multiple times that the USCIS told me my wife doesn't need another medical examination.

So I went to the immigration office to get the proof that my wife doesn't need a full medical examination. The officer over there gave me the instructions and highlighted the part where it clearly stated that my wife ONLY need the supplemental form (the vaccination form).

I went back to the office 2 times but couldn't get an appointment because they're not sure about the instructions and I had to wait for Jackie to be there for legal matters.

I went there 4th time to see Jackie and showed her the instructions. She said they've never done this before so they didn't know how to charge me. I said my friend went to a doctor in Fayetteville and had his done for $50. She literally told me to drive to that office then and said they only do it here for $355 and won't take any less. Really??? That's the worst customer service I've every had. I don't know if it's greed ($50 vs $355) or they have no idea what they're doing.

I called the clinic in Fayetteville, the lady there was very nice and said it's a very quick process. My wife only needs to have a quick interview with the doctor and shows him her vaccination records and they'll get it done for me in no time. She said since it's a pretty quick process, I can setup an appointment any time. So I guess I'm driving to Fayetteville next Tuesday then. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed! I had an appointment for being a new patient and was to go in for a 2 pm meeting. I was called in the morning and the doctor canceled all the appointments for that day. They asked to reschedule and I had to say no because I had to take a day off of work and I am not going to waste another day off. I called back and left a message asking if they could possibly get me in early to make up for cancelling on me. I waited one business week and no response.

Dr isn't bad, wants to preach the gospels at every visit. Have to listen to that before he gets to why your there. His staff tho are mostly rude & money hungry. They even tried to charge me $90. for a visit when it's $60. Won't give a refill on meds unless you come in & see the Dr
Staff are always changing. Good ones don't stay.

They rescheduled my appointment 2 times just to get a simple labs results, and now I been waiting 3 weeks just to get that. We paid over 450 dlls for terrible service. Dont go here.

dude and his staff are glorified pill pushers, surprised they are still allowed to legally be open, the "dr" prays over you and when that doesnt work he gives you what ever script you want

This is the worst place I have ever been to.I went for medical exam.I paid 500$.I went twice for the labs because their staff was not available.They drew labs,said they will call me back after 2/3days.when I called them after almost a week,they said they are closed for 2weeks because they are moving to other location which I wasn’t told before.I asked them for refund so that I can go to other place.I wanted everything to be completed quickly.They refused to refund my money.They shouted at me.I was told to talk to my lawyer for the money and they may send my case to the court.They are not reliable,unprofessional and not trustworthy.They make to pay all the money before service so that they can keep on changing appointments.They are fraud.

Horrible wait times and the Dr. is rude as can be. The staff is clueless and lost my paperwork twice. Do your self a favor and go someplace else.
