Best tattoo shop in Jonesboro! Every artist that works there does amazing work, and I have tattoos from all of them. Jeremy has been working on me for almost 20 years, and the first tattoos he did still look great.. even after all of these years!

I was nervous about using another artist- Clay's confidence put me at ease. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be going back to have my sleeve completed by Clay!!

Excellent artists. Very fun environment to be in when getting inked. Been twice and satisfied both times. Pricing is always good. Will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Tommy and Donnie.

After my appointment was suddenly cancelled at another shop, I ended up at Extreme Creations and I’m so HAPPY! Not only is the tattoo even better than I could have pictured , but it was much more fairly priced as well. Jeremy was an excellent artist! Thank you, guys!

These guys are amazing, great place to go, their work is flawless and prices are great I they were very busy but thats only because they are very good at what they do they aren't stuck up like certain other shops in jonesboro, Tommy did mine and it came out perfect yall hit him up and the other guys in there
