Pinewood Properties & Rv Park

My uncle was in dire need of a place to live. I called here and the owner called me back asap. He had no availability but stated he was looking to buy camper. He called me back within a day and stated he was going to buy the camper and he was going to get it hooked up for my uncle. My uncle was moved in within a few days. He only stayed few weeks due to finding something he can call home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. He goes above and beyond to help others.

Helped a friend get a place here! They were very nice and accommodating! I also lived here years ago and never had any trouble. Everything was always taken care of on time. Definitely a great place in Malvern to live! Thanks for all your help with housing.

Just looking for a quick overnight stay and called this place due to good reviews. Owner was in a meeting but tried to call us back several times. Text messaging ended up being the best mode of communication. He seemed to genuinely care about reaching out to us and making sure we found a place to park our RV. We didn't end up staying there but I felt like he was very thoughtful. I will definitely try them again next time.

This place is so awesome, feels like you are out in the country but stores/gas are only about a mile away. It is quiet and safe out here. People are friendly but not intrusive ( I'm a hermit lol). John, the owner, has really gone over and above to accommodate me during a very trying time. His kindness has made such a difference!

We were four days in Arkansas; completely new to the area. We were directed to some “cozy cabins”on hwy 67 by a local man and called the number at the office. The owner was friendly and got us into a place the next day. This place is more than we had hoped for and we have meet wonderful people. I’m in absolutely no hurry to find a house to buy cause I don’t wanna leave my new friends and the happiness I have found here.

I had a chance to live here and I will say I don't know about previous owners but since the new owner got place there has been so much done the new owner is amazing with a heart of gold he will help any one and don't just treat you like tenant but like family I remember I had problem it was late night I texted him and he quickly responded he goes above and beyond and a very respectful man I didn't have nothing when I found this place I explained situation and 2 days later I was moving in God bless him if u have a chance you should stop by and check it out I promise you won't want to leave

Nice RV property to rent from. They have sewer hook up and electricity. The area is always mowed. They have washer and dryers. The owner is very nice and always helpful. I highly recommend Pinewood Properties and RV Park!

Owners of this park are simply amazing people! The park is simply beautiful, and very quiet, the owners went above and beyond to make each guest feel like family, I highly recommend this park for short term or long term stays you will not regret it!!!

A lot of improvements have been made to the park in the last 6 months. Neighbors are friendly, quiet at nights.

Stayed here several times. Quite place to stay and full hook ups for my Rv. Plus good rates.
