Impressed. Very. I worked with the owner's son, Joseph, and my strongest sense was "honest." Also friendly and willing to take time, answer questions, go with to me to see a mechanic for an inspection and to realistically address the concerns the mechanic noted. The vehicle was a decent one for it's age and my price range. They would consider working with me on price and we left that up in the air for a few days. I would highly recommend this business.

I’ve been shopping for a work pickup truck. I went to Cruz Auto Sales, who had several pickups in my price range and met with Joe Cruz, the owner. Joe was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He suggested a short test drive in the neighborhood and, if I liked the truck, that I have an auto mechanic shop that I trusted do a pre-purchase inspection. I feel his suggestion was extremely forthright and honest. In a long lifetime of buying used vehicles, no owner or dealer had ever made that suggestion before. I did have the inspection made, even though my mechanic’s shop was 20 miles away (which was OK with Joe).
Bottom Line: Bravo! Would I recommend Cruz Auto to a friend? Absolutely. Would I shop there again? Absolutely.

I was newlywed and new in town (starting with nothing about 20 yrs ago). Nobody wanted to help me. Cruz auto sales help me. They sold me a ford festiva for 500 dlls. Since I bought Chevy S10 for my mom, and a Ford f150 that I use for work. Thank you. Cruz auto is part of my family.

The reason cruz auto sales did not sell to Jonathan and crystal kimbrough was because the checks were worthless. They couldn't even cash them. Places be ware of these people and their worthless checks.

This place is a JOKE. Wife talked to one salesman on a Friday about coming in Saturday (when I was off work). She took off an hour early to make it to this place in plenty of time before they closed. Called them to let them know we were heading over, and the Joe said they closed early because of the rain.

Couldn't give us a call so we didn't waste our time.

I recommend that if you are looking for a used vehicle, stay FAR FAR away from these clowns. If they do business like this, there is no way I'd trust them to be honest about anything.

COMPLETELY PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR!!!

UPDATE:

To the owner's reply:

First off, you should take the time to read your reviews. You make it sound like it was a chore to read this one.

Second, I know you can't control the weather. I have never heard of a dealership closing due to rain. Speaking of rain, we happened to be up the road from your business. The rain wasn't much more than a shower. Don't try to make it sound like there was a hurricane over your lot.

Third, apparently you are saying that miscommunication between your employees and customers is a common occurrence. If it is that common, maybe you should look into getting some professional training for your staff. Whoever is responsible for it right now is not getting the job done.

Finally, of course there was no transaction. We had arranged the day before to come check the vehicle we were interested in, and you closed the store knowing we were coming in. How could there have been a transaction when YOU CLOSED BEFORE WE COULD GET THERE??? That makes no sense at all.

As for why you received this review, it's a warning to other potential customers about your complete lack of courtesy, work ethic and professionalism.

Also, a hollow apology never unwasted another person's time.

I hope that clears up any confusion you have about this.

Very horrible business ethic. Show me the cars I viewed today are very horrible and very under maintenance do not come here unless you want a lemon

The person in charge was just absolutely unenthusiastic in the beginning when we went to see a car and at the end of it, just completely rude. We wanted to test drive one of the cars and he just said no and left. Not sure what his problem was and why he caused the business a loss of sale but he was definitely a miserable and sad individual who didn't care to tell us anything about the cars. Even the little questions we asked him, annoyed him. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I feel sorry for them. Highly unprofessional, unpleasant and miserable bunch.

Wanted to buy a vehicle here and we're on a budget. We went on a Saturday an a younger man opened cuz we needed it right away. The guy expected cash up front and we hadn't even test drove it. We needed to cash in our money orders to pay cash and asked to go on the test drive to proceed with the purchase. 2 birds one stone. Guy got very agitated and told us that he wants cash only and he told us that. Instead of trying to be understanding in order to make a sale his attitude changed for the worst an said he didn't want to do business with us. The who experience was very upsetting cuz we needed a vehicle that day. The man was very unprofessional and Rude as well as disrespectful. I would not recommend this place due to the treatment that day. I also believe that it would have turned out to be a lemon. People who actually like that are shady and have bad intentions. I don't trust them at all.
