This wasn't just the best car buying experience, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in any kind of industry. This is really a 6 star rating.

Bought a 2012 Mazda from them and am very happy with my purchase. It was in great condition for 170k miles. The car was making a small rattle(like 95 percent of vehicles) and he offered to take off some of the price, I asked if he would fix it(we assumed a new strut would do it) and he said yes and I could pick up the vehicle the next day. Well the new strut didn't fix the noise and he said he would fix it so he took it to a specialist and they still didn't know what was causing the issue. He spent way more time and money on trying to stay true to his word and fix the issue than he was obligated to, I know because I had lunch across the street and watched 3 mechanics looking at the vehicle, I watched him test drive it to actually see if the issue was fixed. Since he was unable to fix it he said if I found out the issue in the future he would buy the part. For a car only purchased for around 5k you don't expect much, so I was blown away by these guys. They were very honest about every car on the lot (a/c issues when it was cold outside for example) and I felt they were all reasonable in price. If you go and they don't have something you like just wait a week or two and go with these guys, they have new vehicles often. Have bought a lot of cars in my life. Ritter Wholesale has been by far the easiest and least stressful experience of my tenure. Zach and Mark are professional and fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, quality ride at a great price.
