Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough good things about Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff were so nice and took excellent care of our fur baby. We are out of towners but have a place here in Hot Springs. Our dog became very ill while we were here and no one would see us because we were not established patients. Luckily, I found Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital and they have emergency care and welcomed us with loving hearts. It was also a holiday weekend and they were so good to us. Dr. Peters and Dr. Stephens are amazing as well as their staff. A huge thank you to all of you!!

Dr. Brian saved my 4 month old puppy that got Parvo and another parasite. We were not sure she could be saved but It took a week with daily IV for her to finally responf and get better and they let me visit her in quarantine daily. I am grateful to his entire clinic staff for treating my baby so well.

I recently bought a puppy, and I decided to take her to Lake Hamilton. It was by far the best experience I have had at a vet office. Super excited to be using them!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Brian, Cody, Brett and all the staff are caring, kind, compassionate and so accommodating. Which what else could you ask for when choosing the care for your fur babies? I would definitely recommend LHAH everything is clean and doesn't have the lingering smell of a wet dog or cat. They are more then willing to answer all your questions but really they covered everything leaving me without many questions.. I know my Boston is being properly cared for when she didn't mind going back when I had to leave. ❤❤❤

Absolutely love this place. Fantastic with my pets. I was running a bit late because you know how airport road traffic can be and they had one of my pets up front at the office just cuddling away with her. She loved all the attention. Amazing staff!

It was my first visit after recently relocating to Hot Springs. Always nervous about going to a new veterinarian they made me feel comfortable that my dogs were in great hands. From the reception staff to the nurses and Dr. Brian everyone was courteous and well informed. I have found my new vet!

We have been bringing our dogs to the Malvern location for a few years now. They always get exceptional care and just the right treatments! Everyone here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable - you just can’t go wrong with bringing your animals here! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Lake Hamilton Hospital always makes me feel like my dogs get the best care! The receptionists are always so friendly. Last time I was anxious about leaving my dog to get some procedures done and the receptionist followed me to the waiting room and took the time (front desk was really busy too) to comfort me that they would all make sure Vinny got a ton of loving! Dr. Stephens and Dr. Peters go above and beyond to make sure you understand each option and outcome for your animals’ health care plans. There is never pressure or judgement for the decisions I’ve chosen to make for my pets All of the doctor’s answer any question I have. My dogs are calm there. Treated amazing. I also love the vet/grooming/bathing/kennels are all in one place. We had never left our babies overnight anywhere and needed a place to board while on vacation. They let my two French bulldogs sleep in the same kennel due to being dependent on one another. We were so nervous while they were there, but were able to see them on the camera.

Everyone there are Angels! I will never have to search for a team of professionals for my pets again. I knew it was going to be an extensive treatment but I made up my mind that my little cat was worth it. Now she is home, being spoiled and healing. Super team of folks!

We boarded our dog there over Thanksgiving. We loved the fact that she could receive scheduled vet care when we boarded her. We also liked the fact that if something unforeseen were to happen she was with professional who could care for her.

Her boarding came in at a reasonable price and came with a complimentary bath. 10/10 would recommend and would trust Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital with our dog any time.

Abbi's a stray that I found starving and in rather rough shape in a National Forest in January 2022. I took her to a different veterinarian for her initial care and they provided her with an ineffective treatment for her heartworm diagnosis. Dr. Stephens supplied me with the latest information regarding treatment and helped me feel comfortable about the process, happily explaining every detail.

I’ve been bringing Sasha here since she was 8 weeks old. And prior to that Dr. Brain took care of her in the womb!! She always feels at home here. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Plus the baths and service is here too. All stop pet shop! Everything in one place! Love it!

Updated Review: This place continues to provide high quality service for my dogs! I had 2 dogs both have lacerations from an unknown cause while I was out of town and the house sitter brought them here. They were fit into the schedule the same day for sutures under anesthesia and then we had them boarded during their recovery until we returned home. Great service and I trust them with my precious babies!!

I have had two dogs seen here for neuter and a dental cleaning. I have had a great experience each time. The front desk staff is very professional and kind. The vet (Dr Stephens) explained things thoroughly. They have processes that each patient goes through for their checkin and checkout. It’s all very organized. Sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone or to get a message returned, but I chalk that up to covid-related staff shortages. The cost of a bath is a very good value.
