The place was clean. The welcome staff was unbelievable. The tech was just as friendly and thorough as was Dr Outlaw. Wish we had heard about this place 8 years ago!

I love Countryside Animal Hospital. All the veterinarians, the vet aids, and the staff love and care about animals. Dr Rhodes is one of the most genuine caring vets I’ve met and I trust her implicitly. Trina and Debbie are the best!! They always have a smile on their face and greet Beau almost before me. Beau will go with them and trusts them. I’ve taken seven (7) dogs to them over 10 years and they have always given the best care to each of them

A great group of animal health professionals. They are prompt and courteous.
My next visit was great as well. I arrived early, and still had no wait. Hands down, the best vets in town, and we have tried all of them.

I have a pair boxers who are always getting into something. The staff is always compassionate, sweet, helpful, and very caring. I appreciate them so much!!

I have a cat, Mochi, who can be a little spicy sometimes, but is just a believer in aggressive love. I just recently moved and Countryside was closer than my original vet. I called and initially there were no appointments until Monday, but then about 20 minutes later they called me back and said an appointment had just opened up for later that day. I can’t impress upon you how KIND, COURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE the staff at Countryside are. They not only gave Mochi medicine while she was there, but sent her home with medicine that is making her like a kitten again! My original vet would give her steroids and say that upper respiratory infections (which Mochi has had chronically for a few years) are normal in cats. No other medicines, no advice on how to treat her at home— and they would say she was one of the worst cats they’ve ever treated. Countryside not only treated her FANTASTICALLY, but called me to check on her and told me she was a sweet baby for them. That all but confirms for me that my previous vet may have been abusing Mochi. The difference in her attitude is night and day. All this to say— Countryside is one of the BEST. Take your pets there!

I went in as a new client with one of my dogs to establish care. I love everything about this practice! From the receptionist to the techs and the vet. They make you feel welcome and important. Each step they kept me updated and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend them!

This was our first time visit. We had questions about our new pup. The staff was happy, helpful, knowledgeable. Our vet was patient and brilliant!

The staff and vet were so friendly. You could really tell that they care about the pets that they interact with. The vet spoke with us about our dog for quite a while, and you could tell that she really had an interest in getting to know our dog.

We had an amazing experience, even with our hyper active and energetic pup they did amazing with him and showing him love. And super convenient to have a paw plan for less expenses when you visit

I switched vets to Countryside for our 10 1/2 year old 96# male furbaby. They were so attentive and thorough with him. I think we’ve found a new ‘vet home’

We were traveling from 700 miles away and our dog got very sick. We showed up to their door when the opened after a holiday and they took us right in. Dr. Schaefer and staff were great to work with. They listened to our concerns and we never felt rushed despite us not being a routine customer. If we lived here, they would be our veterinarian hospital of choice.

I have used Countryside Animal Hospital for the last 11 years. That's how old my 5lb Chihuahua is. I have trusted the doctors and staff at Countryside from the time I got him at a month old. Two years ago I got an XL Bully and have trusted them with his care as well. They are experienced and compassionate and just overall the Best in my opinion.

We made a appt there cuz my husky mix was having behavioral issues with my other male dog. Talked to Debbie for about 45 minutes and she was ver informative and helpful. Gave us some great tips on how to go about fixing his issues, cuz I didn’t want to get rid of my fur baby at all. Thank you countryside y’all are awesome!!!

Everyone there was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. That includes everyone from reception, Skyler the tech, and Dr. Outlaw. I even called with follow up questions, and all were answered by a lovely person whose name I cannot remember… Hanging my Head in shame.

Our dog Padme had not been eating for a few days. The staff immediately found out the cause. Dr. Rhodes performed surgery that day, and even clipped our baby girl's nails. She was at home the next day. All while keeping us updated on her status. From Dr. Rhodes to Dr. Outlaw to Nichole to the front desk (I didn't get your names I'm sorry.) Everyone was fantastic and professional.

Countryside is wonderful! The staff has gone above and beyond in taking care of my kitty when she got hurt, and me with my many questions. They all have been so reassuring, helpful and just overall the best of the best!

I love this place and these dog lovin people! Very professional and kind. It’s such a relief to get my dog checked out and cared for there. They are an answer to prayer.
