Super 8 by Wyndham LaGrande

The room was perfect for what we needed! My sister and our families came here to watch our niece play at eastern Oregon! All of the staff was extremely attentive and kind! They made it so my sister and I could have connecting rooms which was perfect for the kids to hang out! The pool was perfect for the kiddos as well!

I'd also like to give a shout out to the GM Erin for going above and beyond making accommodations for getting my work backpack back to me in a timely manner! Seriously a great experience!!!

This was a great stop for an overnight stay before heading to the coast. The room was clean and it had a private exit from our room to the parking lot. Our car was parked next to it. This made it easy to load and unload our luggage. There is a Dairy Queen and McDonalds next to it. Like literally a short walking distance. Also it has a gas station next to it and is right next to the highway 84 exits. Would recommend 👌!

I'm not much for reviews but I need/want to do a review for this location. We were traveling from AZ to WA and was in an accident. We were stuck for 2 weeks waiting for a part for our vehicle. We spent our Christmas here. This super 8 was a good choice to get stuck. EVERY single employee made us feel welcomed and made sure we were comfortable. I have 3 children, two of which are 4 year old twins. The manager (who is extra awesome) and ALL the employees embraced their craziness. They listened to all their long stories. Everyone was so helpful with this stressful time for my family. No matter what time I went to grab coffee it was always hot and never ran out. Breakfast was always ready and stocked. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The pool was clean. I'm very thankful for every employee that works at this location. The manager is amazing and is obviously great to her crew because they are all great and always happy. We will stay here again in our travels. Thank you again for everything!

We were in town visiting a large portion of our family for a few days , the front desk at check-in ok'd us to bring a couple of the younger grandkids into swim and/ or sleep in our room they would have stayed free at their ages anyways. We had an awesome experience, the folks at the front desk were helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast was light but plenty to start the day with. We didn't require room service we just traded out our dirty towels for clean ones when we saw room service in the hallway. We travel to La Grande often and when we need a motel we will stay here again.

The place was clean customer service was awesome and if your staying longer then a day and want your room cleaned they are quick and do an awesome job. wait time maybe 15 minutes they clean very well get it done right. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is great. But what I really want to commemorate them on is the front staff. Amazing individuals. Whoever is working tonight (December 30th) is the greatest front desk worker I have ever dealt with. I travel a lot (15+ days a month in hotels) and she was the kindest person I have ever dealt with. She found a room for me (which was last minute) and super friendly (which was amazing because it’s a snowstorm, the passes are basically impassable). She deserves a huge raise.

Easy check in, clean room, good service. All facilities were open during my stay. Good value for the price. No complaints, would stay here again. FYI, some rooms open to the outside (like a motel), so if this concerns you be sure to ask in advance.

We loved our stay here. You can get more for the prize. We were there for a ski trip (to Anthony Lakes), and it was very convenient. Having breakfast included was a plus --although it wasn't great (you can expect more for the price, but be aware!). The kids LOVED the pool, and they have a nice size hot tub for the adults. We even forgot my daughter's stuff animal at the room, and they sent it to Portland. The staff was friendly. We will be back!

Clean comfortable rooms. Good customer service at desk. Warm quiet heater. It was odd that they don't offer a luggage carrier to assist you in carrying your items to the room, but, minor inconvenience. Overall, quiet, clean and safe place to stay for a night.

Great place.. very nice and helpful person at the desk..My issue room had no Bible?? No folder with suggestions for eating etc.. as I have seen in other motels . No note pad and nothing with the motel address, short story had issues ordering a pizza..
But very clean and not noisy..
I would stay again

It's quaint but very clean and well kept. Comfortable rooms, clean indoor pool and hot tub, and courteous staff. They have descent TV's with an actual selection of movie channels (not just basic cable, not that we had much time to watch TV).

Convenient. I84 closes often and this is the spot. Indoor pool but close for covid. Room on the small side but friendly customer service and very close to stores, restaurants. I always carry wipes and wipe stuff in the room asap. The wipes came back fairly clean. I recommend. I recommend.

When I checked in, (my friend had payed for the room), the desk clerk saw that I was on crutches, I told her that I would muddle through somehow. Called the desk after getting to the originally assigned room (upstairs), and asked about getting a shower chair, (much easier than standing with a broken right hip). A few minutes later, she called back to let me know that one of the accessible rooms was available and would I like to transfer? Real professional people are a rather rare find these days.

Front desk lady very positive and helpful..

Wonderful hotel. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, very patient while i called around for a lower price in front of her. The room was clean and well appointed. I will stay here again when in the area.

Had a great nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was up to date and clean. Friendly staff. Thank you for giving me a place to get off the road and out of the snow!

The night manager was great. She was very sweet and this was the fastest check in I've ever experienced! Pool was cool and refreshing after a long drive.

Had a car issue & was held up in La Grande & the manager Jennifer was just AWESOME ........ she did everything in her power to make me & my daughter go from a bad day to a GREAT day while we waited for help..... Jennifer is an awesome person & a great manager!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!

Indoor pool and spa was just what we all needed after being in the car all day. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Rooms super clean

Needed a place to stay to accommodate a family of 6. Super 8 was great, had an opening, and the host was accommodating to our needs. The pool was nice, and we got a good night's sleep.
