Tori did an amazing job!!!! I extremely and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get waxed! I had my brows done and she was super nice, told me everything she was gonna do as she did it, and did a sketch to make sure I liked the look before she started the waxing. I love how they look and will absolutely be going back to her.

I went to Ulta to get my brows tinted and styled, and had such a great experience with Tori. Be sure to request her for your next brow service! She does such an amazing job each time and is such a sweet person!! I'm a regular at Ulta now because of her!

I had and AMAZING experience with David at the benefit brow bar at Conway Ulta! It was my first wax EVER, and he was so gentle and careful and perfected my brows!! He was very clean and always made sure I was happy and satisfied with every step that he did. Today’s experience getting my eye brows waxed by David has been one for the books. I have just moved to AR about 2 weeks ago today, and meeting and being serviced by David has been such a highlight of my day today. David is such a wonderful soul. He was the most friendly and kind employee I have met at an Ulta BenefitBrow bar that I have met in my time as a customer since 2013. He is an asset to the Ulta Conway Team and I want everyone to know he is a gem. His Customer interaction was above and beyond a 10. He was wonderful. He made me feel so welcomed and comfortable almost as if he was inviting me into his home not his work place. The kind of customer experience he created for me was excellent. I work in the customer experience field in hospitality and tourism, and I would hire David to work

David has MASTERED the art of brows. Not only did he do amazing on my brows but my facial wax was impeccable. He makes the atmosphere so warm and welcoming with his presence. I will never trust anyone to touch my face again after his spectacular work and attitude! Love love loved him!

Benefit Cosmetics always does the best with brow waxing. I have sensitive skin and the wax does not irritate me. The girls are always really nice too! Nashayla did my brows today and they looked fabulous! Definitely coming back.
