I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and I have never really felt confident that the person selling me the vehicle was truly there to help me, and completely felt like I was just another sell. Excellent service. Was able to drop my vehicle off after hours easily. They called me the very first thing Monday and was able to tell him what was going on. They diagnose problem quickly and replaced the parts fixing my four-wheel-drive system, and my steering. They got the parts in really fast and installed them quickly and have my truck ready within just a few days. Staff kept me informed throughout the process and was very professional very thorough and did amazing job . Highly recommend Riser Ford service department.

I have bought all of my cars at Riser since I have moved to Arkansas. Today, Aaron and Katie in Parts did a fantastic job for me. My car had an electrical problem, they worked me in, had the problem diagnosed and treated( a new battery with a three year warrantee Katie even ordered some parts for an upcoming service due to a recall. Even though I was there for an electrical
problem they checked my tires and filled them up due to a tire pressure light.Essentially, they treated me like family. I don't go any other place for car service.

Highly recommend our salesman, Tim Trotter, and everyone we dealt with there. Tim even called a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the vehicle. Overall a really nice car-buying experience.
