Fantastic experience purchasing mattress this week. Bought on Monday. Delivered today which is Thursday. Excellent! A+ customer service from purchase to delivery and set up! If you need a mattress go to the king!

George at Mattress King in Hot Springs helped my mother choose the right bed for her. She has many physical challenges and George was very accommodating, patient and understood her needs. After the bed was delivered there was an issue and George personally come to her Assited Living Facility and made it right! George provided excellent service during and after the sale. I highly recommend Mattress King of Hot Springs.

We ordered a new mattress and wondered if our current box springs will work on the new mattress and they were offered if they do work, credit if we can use them. The salesman don’t push products and work with you in making the purchase easy and the best beatable price. They are an Arkansas company. Most mattresses are USA made which is important to us. Thank you for a good night sleep comfort and budget wise!

Just happened to stop into this store to check out a Sealy hybrid mattress. This was the 3rd mattress store in 2 days. What a pleasant shopping experience. George Stefanovic Mgr was exceptionally knowledgeable on design/construction and durability. He provided great customer service while letting me browse for what I was looking forward.
Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend this store.

Quality products and unquestionable customer service describes the experience my wife and I had at Mattress King in Hot Springs. There was no "high pressure" sales gimmicks but rather a warm welcoming experience in purchasing a mattress. I want to commend both George and Donna for their knowledgeable but friendly customer service. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of our new mattresses. However, the issue was immediately corrected. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone shopping for a mattress to visit Mattress King in Hot Springs. You will not be disappointed.

I wanted to share my very positive experience with the Mattress King in Hot Springs, Ar. I had a problem with a mattress I had purchased a couple years ago which was still under the manufacture warranty. George, the employee I had originally purchased the mattress from was very kind and professional and went out of his way to help me. I fulfilled all the paperwork and photos the manufacture requested, I gave the information to George, he took control from there and I now have a new mattress on its way to me. George is a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy at all, and truly helped as best he could to find the best mattress for us. He was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated how he was able to juggle multiple customers in the store at one time, while making every one of us feel attended to and welcome. It takes a special type of person to manage that.

No pressure sales. George is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us through the process of purchasing a tempur-pedic mattress/base. The best decision we have ever made!!!! George made the process smooth and not stressful for us at all.He went above and beyond to get our bed delivered the next day.EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Hubby and I recently bought a mattress here. We are very pleased with our selection, with the delivery and setup too. I swear I tried out every mattress in the store until we could find one that would meet our needs. They were the only store we found that did both delivery and haul off. The haul off is for a small fee, but well worth it!

Undeniably- amazing service. Donna, went over and beyond for me, when I was not happy with the first mattress I purchased on May 28, 2019.
I took advantage of the Memorial sales...saved a lot of money and went with a discontinued style for further savings. I slept on it one night and knew I’d made a mistake. It being a discontinued mattress, I was worried they would not fake it back.....and rightfully so. But Donna was understanding and let me exchange! I can highly recommend this store.

These people are awesome. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They went far above the required. I left my wallet and they hand delivered it to me in another store!!!! My Mom gave up her 1 year old mattress for one at Mattress King and is so pleased, I knew I had to look there first. My new mattress is an absolute dream. I have fibromyalgia and since I’ve had my new mattress from Mattress King, I’ve had no pain - none - every morning when I get out of bed. An amazing experience! George answered all our questions, made an awesome recommendation for a memory foam mattress and adjustable base, and worked quickly through financing. He is the only one I will use when it comes time to buy again! Overall great company and awesome salesman! Definitely recommend!!!
