We were traveling and needed to have our fur baby checked by a vet. We googled and found the Lake Hamilton Hot Springs Animal Hospital. Wonderful, friendly service from the moment we arrived! Alicia was welcoming and Dr. Rachel was awesome! Thank you for seeing our Lola!

Best Vet around. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, able to explain thing for those that are unable to understand vet field. The staff is amazing. My dog was very sick and they took him in as walk-in and nurse him back to health, but was very honest of what the possible out comes could be good and bad.
They also care for my one of my dogs, that was attack any another dog, Dr. Brown fixed him up and check on him weekly.
They also care for my other dogs, regular exams and vaccines and do a great job.
This is our go to vet for preventative care and emergency care.

This vet is great! You can tell they truly care for your pets. We've boarded and taken our dogs there regularly for years now, and they've been such a blessing. I highly recommend them! I know we'll continue using their services.

They were awesome with Lucy (poodle mix, 14 yrs old). I was most pleased with our visit.

Clinic was able to see our cat within the day without an appointment. Staff were nice and courteous and doctor was quick to diagnose. Kitty Bones was quickly on the road to recovery from his crystals in the urine.

I would highly recommend this vet. The staff was more than helpful and compassionate to our needs. My best friend had to be euthanized this morning. Dr. Brown was no nonsense honest and caring at the same time. They let me stay with my cat the whole time during, and gave us as long as we needed. They were also very understanding about me having to wait for someone else to get there. Thank you for giving us peace.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new veterinarian. This clinic has good reviews so I thought I would try them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tootsie's incision was the best I've seen compared to my others. I will be definitely making them my new veterinarian clinic!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by sweet and kind works who were quick to get us checked in. The assistant who brought us back was the kindest person with our dog and she was thorough with questions and what we needed to see about. Wonderful vet and staff!! Maizey loved everyone!

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. New my dog peed on floor before I did and got it mopped up in room! Very accommodating to a new patient trying to wrangle two dogs and filling out paperwork. Got us right in a room so I could do paperwork without the struggle of dogs pulling on leash! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic staff, from the first phone call to our first visit you all were amazing!!! Even after our visit we got the sweetest card in the mail today ♥ Would highly recommend!!!! My pups feel so comfortable here! The staff is wonderful and caring! I appreciate the ease of transfer from their former vet to here. Great veterinary office!
Editing to update: Almost 1 year later and my dogs still love and trust the office personnel! Always an easy experience for what would normally be an exhausting endeavor.

I called them due to an emergency with my 18 year old pug. We ended up having to let her cross the rainbow bridge but they were there for us. They got us in right away, treated us with compassion, and helped us. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.

Hot Springs Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond for me and my family as we try to take care of our pets, and those abandoned near our home. Thorough and kind, they'll be my go to vet for as long as I'm in Hot Springs.

Wonderful and friendly staff! Have been using them for almost four years and have never had anything but great service! Have used them for Boarding and my babies always come home happy! Highly recommend!
