If you want a no hassle no pressure experience when shopping for your mattress then this location is your first and only stop. The sales rep Fred was very helpful, attentive, and an absolute delight. The hubs and I stopped in at Mattress Firm on a whim. I am a SHOPPER, doing my research and comparing brands before making a decision. That all changed with Frederick, our Sleep Expert. This gentleman was SO knowledgeable, with a wonderful sense of humor and endless patience. He helped us narrow down our selection (hubs likes soft-medium, I prefer a firmer mattress), and ultimately found the PERFECT hybrid that both of us were extremely happy with. If I could give Frederick and Mattress Firm 10 stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have EVER had, bar none. Thank you, Frederick. You were AMAZING!

I did the financing through a company who was very difficult to deal with but Fredrick was nothing short of amazing! He was patient with them. Him hisself need 10 stars for being quite the great salesperson! He really helped me out he gave me a deal, he threw in a mattress cover with the deal he was just amazing 🤩 I highly very highly recommend mattress firm and really recommend people talk to Fredric! The other guy by is cool too and fun to talk to!

Salesman, Frederick, was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Store is well located on the main shopping street in Hot Springs and offers an excellent selection of mattresses in a reasonable price range.

Very friendly place. We were treated with total respect and we felt like we were riding home with a gentlemen that work at mattress firm. There's no pressure or salesman type jargon, excellent was willing to show us all types of mattresses and all different prices, not just trying to sell us the top brand

Craig was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable making sure we got the right bed for us. Would highly recommend asking for him if you’re needing a new mattress!

The stores has great mattresses and a lot to choose from. The sales person Frederick was the BEST sales person I have met . I went in only for a king mattress. He was so pleasant and explained to me what all the store had to offer that I might be interested in and he was so right. I was so happy with him and the prices that I purchased much more than just a mattress. I will be back to purchase a queen and double mattress. I love shopping in a great store and enviroment ...
