I foster and we use this clinic on occasion. It is my favorite place to take my foster pups. These guys are super helpful and don’t act like they are doing us a favor…which they clearly are. If I lived closer this would be my personal vet

I give 10 stars to wagging wheel. Their staff is so friendly and will answer all of our questions. They treat me Yorkie as if she is there's. She just loves going for her appointments.

Waggin Wheel just did our little ladies spaying. Communication and care of our dog was 5/5 Stars. 24 hours later and Freya thinks she's fine! We're trying to tell her to relax and sleep...

Great place. Great ppl, great service! The awesome staff at wagging wheel have been seeing my cats for several years now and I can only say good things! Especially love my direct vet, Dr. Bilby and her husband who were both there for me at 10 o clock at night to say our last goodbyes to one of my baby girls the second of which I lost that day... And they did their best for the one I lost a week later of cytox. They further did their best with the following bunch who also contracted cytox all of which lived, thank heavens! Oh, and earlier this spring when one of the cats had been shot they were very kind in how they handled me and my cat seeing as the leg could not be saved. I won't use any other vet in town.

If I could give this vet clinic 100 stars I would. My fiancé and I were visiting Arkansas and while on a hike after reaching the peak we found a lost pup. After searching to see if there was anyone in the area that she belonged to, with no luck, we decided to take her with us. Thankfully, wagon wheel was on our way back to where we were staying so we stopped by. Sam and all of the other wonderful women at Wagon Wheel Vet Clinic were so helpful to us and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness to us and this sweet pup who deserves nothing but love! I would recommend them to anyone in the area, truly amazing team!

Our experience with all 3 dogs has been excellent. When we needed our Kita to go to the rainbow bridge they came out to the house to make it better for her. Nice people to deal with and well informed.

We were in town from Atlanta to visit family. Our fur baby (Gracie) was with us, and she wasn't acting like herself after a lot of swimming. They got us in ASAP and got her checked out and taken care of. Thanks again!! She feels much better now. She says thank you as well.

Dr. Rebecca Bilby was awesome yesterday! - She and the entire staff took excellent care of our new sick puppy and had him feeling better in no time. They were quick, efficient, kind, loving and are very reasonably priced. Our family highly recommends them for all of your veterinary needs.

I love this place. Dr. Brian Vandergriff is the most caring & sincere vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He not only gave me more time with my dog freedom, he made sure she was not in so much pain. He knew my Financial situation and still did his best, without judgment. He knew the love I had /have for my baby girl. When I thought it was time for her to go , he did not give up on her. That gave me more time with her that I will always treasure. When it did come time to let her go he took time to let me say good bye. I don’t normally trust vets. Him I will always trust!! If u want the best for ur fur babies he’s the guy to go to. When I got her ashes, it was done with love. I could go on & on about how great he is. I just hope u give him a call when you need a vet, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I will be forever Greatful to him & his loving & caring ways.

The staff is the most friendly and caring people I’ve ever dealt with very timely and wanting to make sure you and your pet is taken care of.

My husband goes there mostly with Scooter Mathews, the Aussie, (and Puddy Mathews, a Border Collie mix that passed away recently). They've helped ALL our fur babies live very long healthy lives over the years.. we're very thankful.

After finding out our cat son had cancer...We had to make the hardest decision Saturday to put our beloved cat son down. The vet and her assistant were wonderful. So caring and understanding when I lost it. We got to hold our boy as he crossed over everyone was in tears. But we were assured that we did the right thing for our Kashy and us. I love Wagon Wheel. Thank you for loving our pet and the compassion you gave in our time of need.

The best Vets in town. Always ready to help and the support staff is great. If you need to leave them a message, do so. They take care of the pets and customers onsite first and return calls same day. Kroger loves the whole crew and loves daycare with his human buddies. They donate time and medical services to Hot Springs Animal Welfare League caring for animals in need, too.

We use Waggin Wheel for PET care and for boarding. All the staff are great!

Rosie our cocker spaniel had her eye removed about one year ago. Unfortunately, recently she started to wake up at night and whine. Her one remaining eye was red and we had concerns she may have glaucoma which is very painful. I contacted Waggin Wheel and they got us right in the next morning. Dr. Porterfield checked the pressure and called our pet eye doctor to determine the course of corrective action. She has been blind, but now is in pain due to the pressure in the eye, so the other eye needs to be removed. We are sad to have her lose the second eye, but happy that she will no longer be in pain. Thank you Waggin Wheel group for getting us in immediately, and Dr. Porterfield for working with the pet eye doctor of our choice to help us decide what is best for our Rosie.

Always great care of our dog either health check-ups or boarding services.

Staff and the vet are great folks. Very caring and proficient. Have had two cats treated by Dr Porterfield with good outcomes.

An outstanding veterinarian clinic with unsurpassed dedication to the care of all animals and concern for their owners from all the staff! Feel very fortunate to have such a service in our community.
