I visited the Hot Springs JCPenney store yesterday to shop for a few Home items. I found what I needed and one item was a bargain on clearance and the others were on sale. This store is neat and clean and easy to shop. I was approached twice asking if I needed assistance. Checkout was quick and efficient. Although the selection in this store is smaller than a big city JCP, it was still a great shopping experience.

Renee' did an AWESOME job on my 12-yr old grand daughter's hair. She got a silk press and a trim and absolutely LOVES her hair! I definitely recommend Renee'!!

It is one of the cleanest stores I have ever visited! No clutter, which is a great place to shop! Never had a problem shopping there!

I love this store. They are always having great deals on things. The employees are friendly, inviting, and helpful. There website is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this store.

JC Penny was having a store closing sale and had many great sales on the day we went. They had a great selection and terrific prices.

Got my mother's day gifts, for the 3 mothers in my life, from the jewelry department and the lady was very helpful throughout the entire process.

I used my Penny gift certificates & bought the neatest pj's & found great lengerie by Vanity Fair on sale. I have always loved JC Penny!

The BEST! I always shop there for my husband's clothing. I NEVER have a problem finding his size!! (3X) Always well made, sewn seams, button holes. The quality of the material is GOOD.

In Hot Springs Arkansas at the hair salon Jcpenney had best costumer service 👏 I love the way Renee color my hair 😍 the only negative thing that happened was the lights went out. But thank goodness me an my daughter hair was already done!

They have a young lady back here by name of Bree everybody calls a rainbow Bree she is very good at what she does in the salon and her friend Renee is just as good . These ladies are very caring about their clients and will put you at ease .

My son and I went in today for clothes for a dance that we had an hour to prepare for.... the sales lady was very helpful. She even offered and did measured my son for a shirt fitting. Thanks!

Oh the many deals at JCP. Too many. I really clean up here. Their credit card will pay you to shop with their $10 off $10 or more. That's a free $10. Reward points will pay you to shop more. Their coupons are ridiculous. Sometimes the store is messy but only because shoppers can't seem to be more respectful to the workers. I can unfold and fold my clothing back. Reward points are increased when you have their credit card but I don't know the details. I can pay my credit card right there using debit. Getting the credit card is the gateway to getting insane coupons mailed to you. Furthermore, I have not noticed any increase in junk mail after getting their card and registering a reward card. I do not believe JCP sells your data to others. I say this after having the credit card and reward card for over four years.

Overall, a great store to add to your clothing collection. Towels and bedding are excellent too! In love my $5 pillows!

Easy to enter, if you need pickup, as I did, drive around back. Ship to store access is right inside the doors.

I love shopping at Penneys because of the quality, selections and the employees who are polite and helpful. I am thrilled to hear that penneys is not going out of business. That made my day. Looks like penneys will be around for another 120 years😄.

Wonderful Jcpenney store. This store is always clean and staff are wonderful! I love the employees specifically for the jewelry department. I NEVER EVER feel pressured to purchase anything. I'm always offered (but never pressured to buy) the protection plans, which I have discovered are just AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY! On one $25 protection plan I have had a ring resized twice (due to changes in my needs) AND repaired. Amazing customer service and I always leave feeling I have received complete and accurate information regarding g my jewelry purchases.
I dont frequent the clothing departments as much as I used to, but when I do, I am always promptly assisted and never pressured. I feel like in many of the Jcpenney stores employees work for comission. However at this store, they either dont work for comission or they just dont let it affect the way that they treat their customers!!! By far one of my favorite stores in Hot Springs! Definitely my FAVORITE JCPenney location.

I love JCPenney. Old school, been around for such a long time. I love the Sephora store inside there also. Shame the mall is almost all but out of business.

Mainly went in because of Sephora, love that place!!! The ladies that work back there are so awesome !!! You don't have to wait, and the help with any question you have

This is a nice location with a good selection. It was easy to check out, too. Having a Sephora inside is a plus.
