Love this vet and her workers. They have cared for 7 of my dogs, stayed all day on a Saturday for an emergency surgery, spent over an hour after hours to bring a raging temperature down, showed me how to give shots at home to lower her temp. Always calls to check on the pups after surgeries and any problems. Went to my sister's house to euthanize her elderly GSD. Always straight up with prognosis, explains everything. Very compassionate when I have to let one go. I won't go anywhere else.

Our elderly female cat recently had a urinary tract infection and Dr. Deary prescribed an antibiotic. We had a family tragedy and were unable to give our Baby Girl her pills. Barbara at the clinic told us to bring her to the clinic and they would take care of her. Baby Girl was in good hands for 6 days at the clinic and received her medication. They also gave Baby Girl a bath. Your Pets Animal Hospital did not charge us for six overnight stays, medication administration or her bath. What a comfort knowing Baby Girl was lovingly cared for during a stressful time in our lives. They have been our vet clinic for 17 years. Highly recommend Dr. Deary and her staff.

Dr. D is sooo knowledgeable and compassionate with my rabbit. She has put my mind at ease several times. She takes time to make sure your fur baby leaves better than they came. I 100% recommend you take your animals to her.

I can not say thank you enough for Dr. Deary and all her staff. I recently had to have them euthanize my elderly father’s beloved dog. They were so considerate and professional. Dr. Deary and her vet tech were truly a blessing during such a difficult time. Thank you everyone at Your Pets Animal Hospital.

My wife and I were traveling across country from Florida November 17th and staying overnight in Hot Springs when our 6 month puppy ate one of my wife's nylon socks at 11:00pm. We called several vets where their emergency service directed us to travel to Little Rock which was over an hour away and could not guarantee our puppy could be seen. We were extremely panicked and stressed with the situation when Dr. Sandy returned our call personally and gave us directions to her office (both verbal directions and a personal text because it might be hard to find at night). When we arrived Dr. Sandy quickly examined our puppy Teddy, treated him with one drop of medicine and within minutes our pup threw up the nylon sock. We were so relieved! We were checked out and driving back to the hotel at11:45 pm in absolute shock and awe that someone so kind and caring would get up in the middle of the night, drive to and open up their office to help save our puppy. You will be forever in our hearts. Thank you so much Dr. Sandy!

Most of these bad reviews stem from one incident, & its pathetic that they have nothing better to do than try to smear this vets name.
Truth be told, she is a wonderful vet with great prices, and the animals love her! I've been there many times with several different animals.
The chiropractor did wonders for my 15 year old mastiff that went in unable to walk and two days later was running and jumping again. Not to mention, it wasn't so expensive that I couldn't afford it.
I highly reccomend this place, they have always been great, & we will never go to any other vet!

I think Dr. Dreary is one of the smartest and most thoroughw veterinarians I know. She is a true animal lover and I recently took my dog Sampson there due to an illness and I had to leave him there for a few nights and I felt comfortable because I knew he was in great hands! If you want a doctor that's gonna to give your pet an accurate diagnosis and treat your animal like she would her own, then Dr. Dreary at Your Pets is the place to take your pet! 🐕

Dr. Deary and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! I needed to have my puppy seen in an emergency, they accommodated my puppy and I. Dr. Is so caring and gentle, VERY understanding and took all the time we needed with her and Cooper is healthy and well today and will definitely be making her and her staff my full time veterinary office! ❤

I cannot understand any negative post on Dr Sandy Deary. She is by far one of the most careing, smart, Dr I have had the pleasure of taking care of my pet. She takes in any animal that needs fixing. She doesn’t over charge, she is loving and compassionate, answers all the questions, and has great advise. I have had dogs for 50+ years and raised 18 dogs and she is a 5 star Vet! I recommend her to anyone!

The only place I'll take my pets from now on. They actually care about animals, never had a bad experience!

We really love Your Pets Animal Hospital and trust everyone there. They have always been very kind, compassionate and affordable. Dr. Deary has gone out of her way to answer all of our questions, she has even responded after hours when we called.

ALL Staff were very friendly today. Dr. Sandy is a very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate Doctor. I have been here multiple times and I am very happy with our care. (I have a 2year old rescue dog and sick rescue cat)

Amazing Doc and staff. Doc carefully listened to health condition and explained her diagnosis clearly. She is extremely passionate animal care giver.

Their pharmacy prices are super reasonable. Even better than most of online pharmacies. We had vet visits in several states across US and I can confidently say that they do not mark up prices of medicines at this clinic.

We were visiting Hot Springs and our puppy had blood vomiting. We looked up this clinic online and they were the only one open during Christmas weekend.

Once we got back home, I had called them to get our pets medical records and the staff responded promptly.

12/14/2021 UPDATE: We've added 3 more pets to the family & have had to let several go & still couldn't be more pleased with Dr Deary. Its our preference to let our pets go at home if we can, & she's been over several times to accommodate us. Never in a hurry & its always about putting, not only the pet we are letting go, but the other pets & us, at ease. A new kitten I got wound up with a severe intentional issue, he had to stay at the clinic for maybe a week, they were always happy to give me updates, & it was never a problem for me to go visit him & sit with him for a little while every day. I've never met a more involved, caring vet & am still grateful for her & her team!

I've recently moved to the area after visiting family for years. We always bring our dogs & the vet we were using would always take our dog away for any kind of treatment....not my kind of vet. I had to take one of my kitties to the vet, thinking she had hyperthyroid, Dr. Sandy did all treatments in my presence, spent as much time as I needed talking & answering questions. Was excellent & keeping in contact with lab results & our options. I also have a greyhound who benefits from chiropractic with the office offers several times a week. Took her to be treated & again, couldn't be happier, I've found my local vet!

My dog, Daisy, had to have her eyes removed due to glaucoma.

I had talked to a specialist and one other vet but didn’t feel good about either. The specialist was super expensive and the other vet said he didn’t usually do surgeries like that, but he would do it if I wanted him to.

Luckily, my nephew recommended Your Pets Animal Hospital.

During the first visit I was immediately surprised that the office smelled NOTHING like animals, bleach or heavy cleaning chemicals. It was very clean smelling. Every time I’ve been back it’s been the same. All other vets I’ve been to over the years smelled strongly of animals and bleach. This alone was impressive and told me they were on top of the cleanliness aspect.

The day of the surgery I cried and cried and had a hard time letting daisy go. The staff was really kind and moved me to a private room to have some time with daisy while the doctor came and asked if it would help if she talked me through the whole process of the surgery. It helped tremendously.

After I got my dog home, they called the next two days to check on her. A couple of days after that I was questioning whether a suture had come out. They asked me to send them a picture and then they called me back five minutes later. This was on a Saturday.

In the meantime, I’ve been back not only with my dog but have accompanied my dad there with his dog. The doctor is very practical and tells you not only what should be done, but she knows about how much each treatment will cost. At other vet’s offices they would have no idea of price and would tell me to ask the front desk. So I feel like the doctor knows every aspect of the business.

Her prices are MUCH lower than anyone else on each thing I’ve needed. I’ve even had her give me medicine practically at cost that is much cheaper than it was at PetSmart. She doesn’t inflate her prices sky high.

I can’t say enough about how great they are. Definitely the right choice for me and my family.

We can't thank Dr Deery enough for saving our Cat (Athena). Athena ate rat poison (no we didn't have it out in the house she found it in the pantry on the top shelf) and we just knew we was going to have to put her to sleep! It was after hours , we administered activated charcoal throughout the night then showed up on a Tuesday morning with no appt in desperate help! They got her right back and started treating her! After almost being in the hospital a week! And meds. We get to pick up Athena tomorrow 3/7/22 ♥ The staff was great every time I called throughout the days and Dr Deery called me every single day with an update! We can't thank them enough for not giving up on our baby 🐾

I saw the videos and this Vet did everything correctly! I am thankful someone is trying to keep her dogs safe and their clients safe. The Pet owner has obviously let this happen too many times that it is now a KNOWN problem and is not taking the necessary actions to fix the issue. Due to that her dogs are now on the verge of having a bad run in with either the public, The Vet Staff and or the Clients. As someone that has had Husky's and GS's and live on a decent amount of property myself If I have a dog that is known to escape the last thing I will do is leave them on their own to do so! There is a difference between an accident and a known problem! This is defiantly a known issue and she states it herself. Kuddos to you and Good Luck with her in the future.

Dr is very knowledgeable and concerned. She gives good advice and asks owners to take good care of their pets. I've read several other reviews and it's sad that people try to make it seem like this is a bad clinic just because they are disgruntled and have nothing better to do than create fake profiles to post bad things about a good clinic.

Dr Deary is so patient, kind, & gentle with my dog who is scared of vets due to having been abused by another local vet. Dr Deary takes time to try to calm her and is the best I have encountered since living in Hot Springs. $: quite reasonable, also. Will continue to use her.
