My husband and I dropped by on a Saturday, we were very surprised how nice and friendly to us. I wanted to change my 10 yr anniversary diamond and add to my first wedding ring. They knew my vision and made my ring PERFECT!! I highly recommend them. I have since been taking my other jewelry in for repairs. They are very reliable and reasonable. They also have some of the most beautiful jewelry, something for every price range. Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

My partner and I were looking for a nice wedding set on a budget. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I found exactly what I wanted- under budget! I came back 2 or 3 times because I wanted to be sure, and everyone was very patient. Stop in and ask for Cain. He will take good care of you!

I love coming to Sissy's! I drop in about once a month and use their complimentary jewelry cleaning service and I am always so pleased with the results and the way I am treated. They make you feel like you're piece of jewelry is the most important one they have. They have also done beautiful repair work and sizing for me. No matter how you are dressed or if the piece is expensive or cheap you are never met with a haughty attitude. Their selection is beautiful as well! ❤

I just went to Sissy’s yesterday for the 1st time & thoroughly enjoyed my visit there! Steve H. was extremely helpful and made me feel instantly at ease being inside such a rich and beautiful store. He was able to fully answer any questions I had and I walked away knowing I would definitely be back. Sissy’s Log Cabin is a great place for fine jewelry. They have a great selection. All of the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise. And they will keep all your existing jewelry in tip-top shape. Recently, they found a prong broken on my wedding ring and repaired it that week to make sure I did not loose a stone.

I love the wish list option to give your loved ones and idea of what you like. And my husband likes the ease of shopping from the wish list. 😃

I can't recommend the experience I had at Sissy's Log Cabin in Jonesboro, AR enough!

I'm new to the area and was looking to take the next step with my girlfriend. We ended up taking a random trip together to Sissy's just to get an idea of styles she would like.

The whole staff there is very friendly & welcoming, but Sara Jones really went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process of the initial look, all the way through working with me to get a custom piece that was perfected down to the smallest detail. She was extremely helpful & informative while explaining what our different options were and made us feel very comfortable with such a big decision & purchase. I also really appreciated the patience she had with us, as I think we had her pull out at least half of the rings in store to try on and still had questions & ideas for the final product that I was able to work through with her.

With Sara's help, the engagement ring I ended up getting custom made came out even better than I imagined. I was so happy with the process, that I have already began working with her on another piece.

I first went to Sissy’s to get some Lagos bracelets with the graduation money my grandparents gave me, and Steve was wonderful and so helpful picking them out. I got a Lagos ring to match my bracelets for Christmas and went to get it resized and it was no trouble at all. While I was there, my dad wanted me to look for my mom a new wedding ring set and all of the normal sellers were out for the week and so they had people from the Memphis and Conway location temporarily. I had Jim from the Conway location help me pick something out for my dad to get an idea and he was the best. He was so happy to help and explained everything about every aspect of the rings we built. I was in the store three days in a row and one day twice to get everything picked out and he knew me and remembered my name every time without having to ask. We picked out the perfect ring and perfect diamond for my mom and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jim. Jim, she loved the ring and can’t stop staring at it and smiling. I can’t thank you and Sissy’s enough for making our experience so special and helping us every time we walk in.

I worked with Joe Cook on a ring for my wife this past Christmas. Joe was responsive, helpful, and incredibly professional. He was able to help me find just what she wanted and to purchase it at a great price. I'd recommend Joe and Sissy's Log Cabin to anyone without reservation. Bob is the BEST, he really goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We didn't buy my engagement ring and wedding band here, but they have provided excellent service with repairs and cleaning of several pieces of my jewelry. I was amazed at how fast they had my wedding band set repaired after I damaged it. The jeweler had a look at it while i waited and told me what needed to be done to fix it. It was only a few days, they fixed it in house and it was better than New! Way better than waiting several weeks for a national chain store to ship it off. Everyone here is over the top nice, they made me feel like a long time friend on day one. The service is exceptional and we will be doing business with them again!

My sales associate Liz is absolutely terrific. She contacts me often, keeps me informed and answers any questions I have. Overall, my experience with the Jonesboro location has been very pleasant. I will continue to do business there in the future.

I had the most wonderful experience recently at Sissy's. As someone who works retail, I'm always mindful of customer service. I was not disappointed! I stopped in, initially, to check out the place...I've always heard how wonderful it is. I was not in the market to purchase, mind you. To Joe Cook, that did not matter a bit! He spent a good deal of time with me: giving me a tour of the store, showing me each brand and just getting to know me. You can now count me a customer! What impressed me most was Joe's knowledge! He knows his stuff and enjoys passing it along to others! It seems to me that at Sissy's, the customer, regardless of wallet size, comes first, and I like that! Joe Cook and his staff are there to HELP you find what's right for you!
