I had some samples of my rehearsal dinner and wedding invitation suite printed here and the quality is great! The guy working the Printing Services was extremely helpful and nice. I also needed a few other items to put together my invitation suite. Since this was my first time in the store, I didn’t know where anything was and at least 3 different associates helped me find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using their printing services to print my final invitations!

I used the Staples print service and experienced fast and friendly service. One of the employees called me soon after I played as the on line order with a question. Same employee called me when the product was complete. Bonus- they sell postage stamps and even had Christmas design, saving me significant time skipping the line at the post office.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The first time I came here, I needed to get some prints done, I had not done any proper preparation, I didn't have a flash drive or the correct sticker paper, but the staff here worked INCREDIBLY hard to make sure I left with a product I was very happy with, and for a good price! Today being the second time I came, I was in the store for maybe a minute, probably less, and I was asked if I needed assistance. I didn't even have to finish my sentence before the wonderfully friendly manager (who I remember from my first visit) led me to the exact product I needed. I really can't express how great the staff are here (especially the manager, who has helped me both times here) , in my experience. It's a hard quality to find much anywhere else!

Went in to get a print order done, we didn't have a flash drive or the correct paper, but the staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Left the store with a great deal on some prints that turned out better than we could have hoped. Would definitely reccomend!

Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. They will meet all your print or copy needs! When my printer broke and I was in a hurry, they quickly printed exactly what I needed with no wait time.

The staff in the printing area are very helpful. We really appreciated their help when the main printer they were using was broken and we needed copies made right away. They took us to the self printing area and stayed with us while we figured out how to get a Word file turned into a PDF so the copier would accept it. Thank you ladies!

Every time I come here, Kayla in the print center is so rude. I always do self service printing from a USB in the $50-$100 range which I know how to do. I only ever require her “assistance” if the machine demands it or malfunctions. Today it ran out of paper & froze mid transaction. She is always so deeply put out to have to do whatever is required and I understand this may interrupt other work she has to accomplish that day. I am not rude or demanding and I wait til she completes a task before asking for her help but when I walk in and see her working now I dread even completing the transaction. She just rebooted the system (it was frozen on “calculating job cost for a 7 copy, 7pg document) which still isn’t working (technical difficulty is all that’s shown on screen) which is 100% not her fault, but maybe someone could explain to her that it isn’t the customer’s fault either. I don’t usually complain about individual people because work is hard and I’m not owed fawning but civility would sure be nice at least occasionally. This is not a unique experience but it will be my last as this will be the last time I come here. Two starts are for the copier which makes nice prints when I can work with it alone.

Forget same day printing, more like 2 day printing. Save time and print with Office Depot. I gave up on Staples and sent my stuff to Office Depot, was ready within 2 hours.

They have Useless employees at the printing center. They have only 1 self serve printer & there are always 5+ people waiting to use it, today (4/20/23) the printer was not even working right, the customer using it was trying to be polite & the male employee came over a couple times highly annoyed. After 45 minutes of waiting; I could hear the lady standing behind me, politely ask the girl working at the print center, if she could please just print the stuff for her & the female employee rudely told her NO. After the male employee tried getting the printer to work, but couldn't; I figured they can be nice & help their customers out, by printing for them, instead he asked us, to all go to Office Depot.
Now, I been in Staples before on different occasions & they printed a couple of black & white copies for me & today, thats all I needed was 2 copies & I asked if he would please do that for me, because it was urgent & I did not have a lot of time & he down right refused, now thats customer service.
Do not waste your time here, employees are not helpful in resolving customers issues & helping get stuff printed.
Having only 1 self serve printer is also ridiculous, I’ve been in there often & it stays super busy with just 1 self serve printer, they definitely need more than 1 self serve printer, especially if a printer is down like today & the employees just want to be useless & not help serve their customers. I’m appalled by their rudeness & awful customer service. I DO NOT recommend wasting your time or business here, especially if it is urgent.

Pretty sad the last review was a week ago and then a month and then 3 months. I thought reviews and surveys were key to working in this establishment. I was in the store in October last and again in December. Store was still the way it was in October. Empty shelves, product not out on the floor and messy. Imagine that. Copy and print is always amazing as usual. Store functions is atrocious. Seems like they need better inventory management and actually making the store look full. If product and proper planograms we're set as needed to get inventory out, maybe this store would be okay. Empty shelves = empty sells.

Same day printing? Printer has been broken down at the store for over a week. Then they send my order to production facility. No paper. Send to another facility. Sat on it for several days before printing. Then they don't bother to overnight it like the 888 number AND the store says they will do. So I'm not getting my order for 10 days total???
NEVER AGAIN.

Ive tried the print services twice and service has been poor both times. My first time, the worker had to make multiple prints because they didn't know how to work the laminator and didn't let it heat up properly and because they didn't size the prints correctly as they made them smaller than what I had requested. I tried to give it a second chance and dismissed the first as a fluke, mistakes happen right?, but same issues. Had to make multiple prints, issues with laminating and they "lost" or "I must have thrown away your paper" and didn't even attempt to call and let me know my prints were done I assume because they didn't want to address the "lost" print. I assumed something happened to it the previous day (I originally was going to get it same day, but they had to keep reprinting and I got tired of waiting and gave my number to call when it was done the next day).That's really not acceptable and I guess they (The young guy and older man) think making the other prints free make it okay. I believe because my paper that was "lost" was one I needed laminated, it met an ill fate as they were already struggling with the laminator and they didn't want to own up to it, either way not good.They offered free print and lamination for my other print, but after my experience and wasted time I wont be using them for print services anymore.

Your printing services staff is not only useless they are also rude. I have a 520 page document I needed scanned and digitalized. The girl acted as if I was inconveniencing her to ask a question. And not once did she mention see elf service as a cheaper option to $130 plus I was quoted.
I walked into Office Depot and was immediately given plenty of options to choose from... Self-service, pro service, even advice to try Kinko's or FedEx because he believed they were more reasonable.

Get rid of those employees!! They are ruining your reputation. As they have ruined my desire to come back to the store.

Yesterday I went to the Rogers, arkansas store to see about getting 15 posters printed and mounted on foam board and two banners made. The gentleman was very helpful and I felt very confident that I would get my materials on time and well done. I have had many projects done at various Staples stores around the country and had high expectations. Today I went back to add one additional banner and had the worst customer service experience ever. The gentleman I worked with before was not there and a young lady offered to help me after about a 25 minute wait. She took my USB drive and I explained my need to add to the previous work order. She told me to stay back (?) and proceeded to work at the same computer that the guy had used yesterday. She never asked my name, phone number or anything that she might have used to identify the open work order. A second lady came and said "I have 15 minutes". Once I went through the whole scenario with her (they didn't talk with each other) she looked at the file, found the work order and then went on to helping other customers, not a word said to me. This went on for 25 minutes or so and I finally asked for my USB drive (twice) and exited the store. No need to complain to them - They clearly did not care about me. I own a multi-million dollar business and will see to it that we give no additional business to this store. In today's world of internet based commerce, a brick and mortar store has only great customer service with which to compete. Sadly, this store is completely lacking in that regard.

Came in to have blue prints scanned and put on digital memory was told it would take an hour, however came back in 2 hours and was told they have not started because they had rush order. Would have appreciated a call or let me know it would take longer or let me know of the option of rush order.
