Only the drive in is open. ATM also open and incredibly busy!

The ATM is continually broken and out of service. It is so bad that I won't even put my card in unless the inside of the bank is open. If I need an ATM after bank hours I go downtown. It's been reported numerous times but they still don't change the machine.

Horrible customer service. They are very rude people. There will be 4 or 5 of them there. Only one actually working, the others just sitting at desks most the of time just playing on their phones. I have to go here to do my banking for my business. I would never choose this for my personal banking. Also why is it their commercial lane is always closed.

The branch’s are closing one by one this one particular always has four or five people doing what seems like nothing behind the counter with a line out the door waiting on one person but what choice do you have
