The above review was written by a disgrunteled customer who was upset because of their failure to follow the rules here at the motel and because of this were asked to leave and eventually were ejected from the property by the police. There were damages to the room inside that cost us in excess of $100.00 to repair. Please disregard the above review in making your decision to visit or stay at the Moon Motel. Come see for yourself the QUALITY of our rooms and services.

Very helpful in a pinch

May be an older motel but the bed was new & comfortable. Reasonably priced & pet friendly. Located across the street from Safeway & close to downtown eateries. The nearby train tracks & trains passing during night may bother some people.

Kinda sketchy cheap but probably wouldn't recommend

I am currently staying at this motel, and let me beg you not to stay here. A man walked up to my husband and asked him about the rooms, and why no one was answering the door. My husband pointed at the no vacancy sign, and said i don't know, there are other motels down the street though, and came back inside. About 5 minutes later, the owner calls him and starts yelling at him, that we messed with her business. The phone call ended with my husband upset. So I called her to let her know how unprofessional her actions were, and she continued to yell at me. So I hung up on her. She then proceeded to come to our room to continue yelling at us. Every time we ask for towels or toilet paper, we are told they would be brought to us later. We never received anything. They asked us if they could clean our room, and we don't like people in our room, so we told them I would clean it, as I have experience with housekeeping. I was told it would be o.k for me to do that. As this yelling continued we were screamed at for not letting them clean our room. I have been keeping it clean the whole time. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies because every time we asked for them, we never received them. She kept telling us that we are guests here and that its not our place to direct her business elsewhere. My husband was just trying to help the man out. Not mess with her business. She called the cops on us, told them we had drug paraphernalia in our room ( what the heck???), and our room was searched, nothing was found. We ended up being kicked out, because she wasn't willing to talk to us calmly. I suggest not staying here. At all. Thanks for listening.

In the add it said anyone house. It .was a large room. Unfurnished no closet or dresser or stove advertised as a town house it is not .. Only two outlets worked.kitchen sink was not sealed.no cabinet doors and the heater was a electric heater that did not. Keep it comfortable ! I paid a 1050 a 275 non refundable cleaning deposits an 785 rent for a month I. Had to leave do to medical reasons. There was no closet no dresser ! I also was not comfortable with him sending me Emojis with hearts and calling me at early morning hours and looking in my window! Knocking on my door and yelling at me about a car in the parking lot and demanding to know. If I had a guest !
He says no guest or company after 8pm I am not I did not feel safe or comfortable!

And to be charged 600 dollars for 3;days when a whole month was 785,? I am on Social security he took half my check I agreed to $ 785 a month not $99 dollars a day! I do not know how he can charge me $99.99 a day and keep the non- refundable cleaning deposite when I pre paid for the month at $785.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this place earned it. Easily the worst motel I've ever been to. The room was dirty and even the most simple cleaning was neglected. I cleaned the room and it's not even the main reason I'm putting a negative review, the owner was nice at first but turned out to be a disrespectful sneaky manipulating snake. I feel bad for giving a negative review but no business owner has ever disrespected me the way they did at the Moon Motel. If you decide to stay here make sure to record and document your experience.

I tried calling the number don't work ..
I went there trying get a room for a few days the owner actually act like why was i asking to rent a room he was like this is long term room...
He said the sign say no vacancy can't you read..
The sign on the moon hotel no vacancy light was broken just like this place looked..
Good thing they had no room I found a nice and friendly hotel down by Starbucks.
Yes it says online that you can get a room don't even come here..
There are other places to go to...
Was a waste of my time and drive to come here to ask for a room..

Kimi's review is very correct. This other person by the name of Lynn, is possibly believed to be the manager/owner Cammi?

I was present when the argument between Kimi and the owner woke me up in the middle of the night, Kimi was being very civil, yet the owner was screaming like a banshee out of control. I never knew what the argument was about, I just know the owner had Kimi evicted the very next morning, and again the owner was screaming out of control.

My personal experience, on June 2nd 2013, the owner found out that I have contact with Kimi, and singled me out and began harassing me about it, she stated she was calling the cops on me just because I know how to contact Kimi. I replied that I did not care if she did, because I know the cops would do anything about it.

At this time I decided I was going to ride out the time I had paid for and then leave, I was paid to the 17th of June, and have the bank statements and the Moon Motel's receipts reflecting my payments to that date. I told the owner I was not staying any longer because of her harassing me and went back to my room.

Just as soon as I get into my room, the room phone began to ring, and I answered, I got the statement that I needed to pay more money if I wanted to stay any longer than the 2nd of June, and she demanded I pay IN CASH. I said I wasn't paying her anything, and I was leaving ON the 17th when my check out time was due.

The very next morning, I was told that if I did not pay her more cash, she would call the cops and have me evicted for refusing payment. She did.

I showed the cops my receipts, but they said because Oregon law states she can have me evicted for any reason, I was forced from the property. Even the cops had sympathy for me, but what can they do, what can I do? It will cost me more to sue her than what it is worth,.

Stay away from this motel, her rates may be cheap, but she is a thief and a liar.

I was charged $65 since I had my service dog with me. There was a room of two adults and probably three kids Next Door screaming for most of the night. Absolutely Brady Bunch era furnishings. I wouldn't bring a lady of the evening there to be honest.

The owners are very unclean and very rude my daughter loves near the motel and they say really bad things to her and call cps all the time claiming my daughter is abusing my grandchildren Witch is abserd! And if someone at motel talks to my daughter over the fence they get kicked out !!! I've stayed there also and very dirty motel!vvvbv

Rentrd a room on 12/21/17 and woke up with welted bites all over my arm...found a bug on my pillow and when i spoke with the manager he quickly went to owner who proceeded to give us 1 hour to vacate our room...went to the er where i was told bed bugs!!! Again this place is infeated with them

they need to close there business if they can't be nice at least to the people, the owner needs to buy Manners! never ever even try to come to this place. just saying, if you want respect from people start it with you.
