The best staff of any hospital in the región. Attentive, competent, & fun at times - it's hard to be fun in a hospital! Almost everyone there loves their job and that's why it's easy to deal with difficult people and have a camaraderie with othe staffers that you can enjoy too even though you might be in pain

Had surgery here on my hip. Fantastic nurses and great care being given here. Much better than when I was in the last time 4 years ago.

Well i went there after long time, comparing from my previous visit its way much upgraded and clean, plenty of parking , decent in and out entrance, little crowded, very professional staff.

The nurse staff and doctors are great !!! The check-in process not do much. The lady actually rolled her eyes at my while I was answering questions for my boyfriend who doesn't speak English. She's lucky he was so sick I want to yell at her.

How is it possible that my mother, with my father accompanying her, went to get an emergency EKG and they placed them in the COVID waiting area, surrounded by deathly ill people vomiting around her? How is it possible that those suspected as COVID positive are not CLEARLY separated from other patients? Then, to make matters worse, my mom realized she was placed in the COVID section not once, but twice. She told the staff she was leaving because she refused to stay in a Petri dish, to which they replied they would not be calling to inform her of her EKG results. She paid the hospital to conduct a service and provide her with HER results. What happened tonight goes beyond complete negligence. It is appalling. Lives were unnecessarily put at risk.

I call to use the bathroom 5+ times and they don't come to unhook me. There's no rooms, but instead of transferring me, they have me sleep in an ER bed in the ER
