The Dr. was great and the staff were all professional and friendly!

This eye Dr office didn't start out well with me, I was there almost three hours for an appointment. I've never had an eye appointment that took that long. Then I waited the two weeks to get my glasses and no callor anything from them, so I called them on the third week and no one could tell me where my glasses were, ,then I got a call from them a day later, and they said my glasses came in but didn't pass their inspection so they sent them back to the lab. Mine you, my appointment was Nov 2, and they didn't call me until I called them. Then I was told another week or two. I waited and still no call or anything communication from them. So I called again today witch is now Dec 10 and they still didn't have my glasses. I was then sent a message at2:07 to let me know my glasses finally came back. I've never in my life had this much trouble at a eye Dr before. This is a month and a week later. I would say lack of communication on their end all the way, I will not be doing business with them ever again. The worst experience at an eye Dr I've ever had.
