The couple team there are amazing. To have onsite managers makes me feel so safe and secure with my belongings. They offer military discounts. Every time I call they instantly answer and help me with what I need. Conor was willing with no hesitation to help me with my lock and Harley is so pleasant on the phone. Thankful this is the place I chose.

Mrs. Deborah is an absolute joy, super friendly, and very helpful. The prices are the BEST in Cabot. Units are clean and secure. Oh yeah they also provide you with a lock for your unit... Just simply a great place all the way around. 😀

I would definitely recommend this facility for all your storage needs. The managers are very friendly and are all about customer service. They will go out of their way to help you with any issue you have. The units are clean and very reasonably priced!

The customer service is awesome! They are willing to work with my time frame for the gates. You don't have to puchase your own locks. Well maintained and clean environment. And most importantly, they have 24 hour surveillance. Someone is always on site.

Always friendly, always there when I have a question. Bank draft is always simple and I never have to worry about it! If they believe something is wrong, they will give you a call just to make sure :) will never rent from another facility again! This is my #1 from here on out!

The staff at this establishment are friendly and all about customer service. The storage building themselves are clean, and very well priced. They even have climate controlled units if you need them.

I like the security; there are cameras, a fence & security gate. I liked the fact that Budget Storage priced match another storage unit company for the 1st year but then the price went up without notice (& has went up a couple of times without notice).

I love the new owners and they are very friendly!! I have never had a problem with them or anything there and love how they are making it better!!! Thank u guys and love yalls storage!!! I will would recommend yall to anyone that asks!!!
