Brad Hankins - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've only been with this agency for a few months now, but so far I'm impressed. They've taken the time out to actually call me and make sure that I'm satisfied with my coverage, to offer me bundling pricing and they've always been so positive and upbeat and actually fun to chat with!! 5 star rating for sure!

This is my second time with State Farm. After about 25 years with them, I had a bad experience with another State Farm agency/agent. I left them and and went with another company. Even though I had no issues with the new company, on a whim I decided to check with State Farm once again. Brad Hankins' office is the closest to me, so I stopped in. I met with Taryn Phares, and after a few minutes speaking with her, I was pretty sure I was going back to State Farm. She was very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. I showed her what coverages I was looking for on both home and auto. After a few minutes she had my quotes ready. I took them home to discuss with my wife. I called Taryn back and told her it was decided we'd go back to State Farm. We did save some money, but it was mainly due to the great service. If you're considering a change, give Brad Hankins' office a call and ask for Taryn. You won't be disappointed.

Great rates, very friendly service. They've always been extremely nice and helpful every time I've contacted them.

I did have a couple of issues in the past when I first signed on with them about getting the details correct on my various policies, but they came through and got it all straightened out, and all my experiences since then have been top notch.
