Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clarksville, an IHG Hotel

This Holiday Inn is everything a hotel should be. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The rooms were perfectly cleaned, beds super comfy with great bedding and pillows, and friendly staff. The breakfast was also fully stocked, hot, and dining area clean. Thank you to the management and staff who very obviously care about taking great care of their hotel and guests!

I've always been a fan, but this trip was something different.... pur 25th. Anniversary. Used our priority club points and booked a suit. They rolled out the red carpet for us even though our price was next to free. From the desk to the cleaning crew and the buffett handlers, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was very weary after driving a lot of hours across the country and ran across a Hampton Inn billboard. I’m generally a Hilton person. When I exited, I saw this property beside the HI. It looked very nice.. I stopped in and asked if an any rooms were ready a little earlier than check in time. They had a reasonable rate, and a room waiting. The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The parking lot was well lit. I felt very safe at this property as a solo female traveler.

The room was very bright, cheery and modern. The A/C worked well and ran all night. Many hotel rooms now have sensors that will shut the A/C down during the night if you don’t get up and move around.

The beds were comfy and even had 2 firm and 2 foot pillows on each bed labeled with embroidered pillow cases.

The guest laundry had one washer and one dryer. They worked great, and were $1.50 each. I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea. The breakfast was a standard economy hotel breakfast with some hot and cold items. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

We have generally had good luck staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels in various states and were very pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable, and well-run this one was in such a small town as Clarksville. Probably one of, if not the best HIE we've ever stayed at. Room very clean, great layout, mattress on the bed was outstanding, and the breakfast area in the morning was very well stocked and run by the staff. Nice job across the board!

The only place I will ever stay when I come to Clarksville. I’ve been here several times throughout the years and each time I love it. Right off the interstate but you can’t even tell from inside the room. Comfy beds and the best pillows (I love how they’re labeled for soft and firm!) The breakfast is good for a hotel, lots of options from cinnamon rolls, bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits to choose from. The staff is friendly and it’s easy to check in. Can’t wait stay again next year!

WATER PRESSURE! Solid hotel, better than average breakfast, clean…ish, but the water pressure was outstanding. On that alone I would give it 5 stars!

$142 including all taxes etc. for a 2 queen bed room. That was walk in with no reservation. Quiet, clean room and friendly staff.

Was only passing through but I enjoyed this Holiday Inn due to the friendly staff and how well kept the hotel was in. Breakfast was as usual but better than most other hotels.

Clean rooms, polite employees, and a decent breakfast. Overall, it was a good place to get a much needed night of rest.

Clean, easy in and out. Has the newest typical holiday inn express updates. Plenty of room for belongings.

We stayed at this hotel while in town for the Broken Sword triathlon. The rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. The location was great and easy to get to. We weren't able to make use of the in pool, but they did have one and it looked clean. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel started breakfast early and kept it out late for the athletes that were staying with them, which was incredibly cool of them. They also gave us an extra hour to check out without any issue. Will definitely plan on staying here again next year!

We had a dual queen room, it was nice, bed was comfortable, shower was good, everything was good! Breakfast food was good too. Nothing fancy and over the top, but good all around. We'll stay there again on our next visit with family in the area.

Couldn't be more pleased with this stay. Right off the I-40. Every single staff personel was incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Even the breakfast impressed me. The front desk even worked with me even when all I had was cash. All around amazing stay for my family of 6.

On a two week long road trip that covered over 6,000 miles, this was one of our favorite hotel stops! The staff was super friendly, the lobby, elevator and room were spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Would definitely recommend to anyone else in the area. This place is a gem for the money!

I'm an RN and work nights. I needed a room for the day to sleep between 2 night shifts at Paris, Ar. The HIE was very accommodating and let me check in at 0800 after my shift so I could get a great days sleep before my next shift. They even gave me a discount on my room. The room was very clean. My only negative is that the AC was off so the room was stuffy and warm. By the time I ate my breakfast from the nice breakfast provided by the hotel my room had cooled down enough I could go to sleep. The curtains allowed the room to be plenty dark enough. I woke up to a very cool room feeling very rested and ready for my 12 hour shift. Check out was fast and the entire staff was friendly! I will definitely be staying again if I work locally again.

My kids and I were displaced from our home for a week and stayed here. The staff was so very kind and accommodating. They were great with my kids. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, they were great. Room was cleaned daily. Hot breakfast offered a nice variety.
