Heartland Pharmacy

I am leaving a 5 star review and would leave more if allowed! Heartland Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. They had a medication that is currently hard to obtain and none of the big pharmacy in town had it and Heartland did. And they were able to make sure I had my necessary medication. They are just like the small hometown pharmacies from 25 yrs ago. (Not trying to say I'm old..lol), they are very personable and make you feel welcome. I will be leaving the big store pharmacy I've been using for over 4 yrs and switching to Heartland. I am so glad I used them and will also refer my friends and family. Thank you so much for the wonderful pharmacy you are!

Amazing service! They were sooo short staffed and dealing with a power outage; the drive through line was almost a mile long at closing time. They never stopped smiling and took care of every last person in line, including me that kept calling because of my crazy afternoon schedule.

The staff and customer service is top notch! They helped me while traveling through town and I could not have asked for a better experience. I wish I had a pharmacy this great in my town!

I love this pharmacy! Switched from a big chain pharmacy to here a few months back and it was one of the best things I have done! Very friendly staff and not too long of wait times either. They can have your prescription the day before its filled and within the first hour of being open your prescription is filled!

We love the personal touch, friendly staff and boy are they prompt! Heartland Pharmacy has a small hometown feeling to it and everyone makes us feel welcome. A huge thanks to pharmacist Roxanne for explaining my meds so thoroughly and for taking the time to go above and beyond! We appreciate you so much! 💗

Know me by my voice when speaking over telephone, remembers my name and the names & DOB of myself & all four of my children. Always provides respectful, efficient, accurate, honest & trustworthy information, advice, guidance, &/or suggestions when solicited. Lightning fast & errorfree service every single time. I've yet to find a Pharmacy as proficient and caring as Cabot Pharmacy / AKA Heartland Pharmacy. If you haven't given them the opportunity to serve you yet you should. It will be a change you won't regret.

ALWAYS HELPFUL! We have special needs for filling and timing of RX fills for my Seaman husband- they have always helped in every way possible for me to ensure he receives his medications in a timely manner. I have been using these people (even before it was Heartland) for 25 years.

I will NEVER go to a large chain pharmacy. I was forced to use such pharmacies for my mother and they were nightmares- (large chain)

I love this pharmacy! So happy I made the switch. They make things very easy and convenient for you! Staff is very helpful and polite.

After dealing with Walmart pharmacy which is to big to care.. I found this place which is amazing.. home delivery for free and fast friendly service

Since Fred's Pharmacy in Cabot has closed, this is my new favorite pharmacy. I've tried Walgreens and Neighborhood Market. Walgreens doesn't answer their phone. Neighborhood Market was nice enough, but Heartland employees are much sweeter and personable.

I switched to Heartland a few months ago and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The service is delightful, even on their busiest days.
