I went inside at around 8:40 this morning. I was greeted by a friendly barista with black, done-up hair. I was looking for something new, so I asked. They recommended to me the Chestnut Praline so I took their word for it. It was excellent! Then, when I went to pay, they took care of it for me! They are absolutely some of the kindest people I have ever seen in a coffee shop. Their act of kindness made my day. I look forward to going back.

People are not as friendly as they are in Searcy. The atmosphere is nothing like Searcy. Loud, can't hear. You ask them a question they seem rude.

They always get my custom drink order perfect! It's always made very quickly and already ready for me to pick up when I do mobile order. I can't say it's ever been even 50% this good at any other location across the country. You guys are great, thank you!

Always my go to for Caramel Machiato! Awesome!

Others have complained about the staff here but they have ALWAYS been wonderful for me. They’re always in a great mood, full of smiles and great conversations, AND my drink is always perfect.

The people that work here are great! They know me and my kiddos when we walk in the door and they are always incredibly friendly

Got coffee quickly and was well made would use starbucks in conway again.

Staff was friendly and helpful during the ordering process. My drinks were made correctly and in a timely manner.

Great customer service! The manager Hannah took my order and maintained eye contact throughout the transaction and asked specific questions about my coffee to ensure I would be satisfied with the taste. Then a barista brought my drink outside to me while I was working! Felt very cared for today! Thank you! ☺ (The drink tasted great too!)

The staff here are amazing!!! Even with all the drinks being made and names being called out everyone had a smile on their faces 😁... My son (who is 10) didn't know what he wanted to order but our barista took the time to explain things and patiently waited for him to make a choice... Now that's customer service...

Starbucks in Cabot was excellent!! The customer service was outstanding!! The coffee and sandwich was perfect!!

These SB employees are absolute gold. Fun, friendly, willing to help you find a drink you like, just all around amazing. My husband and I skip the drive thru so we can go in and interact with the great staff!

Very lovely staff. They're polite and quick to get your drink out to you as soon as they can despite being swamped in the store and at the drive through. I've noticed they don't get many tips despite this good service and I hope this changes.

I've had mixed experiences with the quality of beverages at this location, but it's the staff that has decided the review for me. Tyler went above and beyond today to get my drink order right, and was pleasant about it all. He ended up remaking my drink order twice, but never complained or seemed put out. He even went the extra mile while doing so. It's the people that make a location, and this location has great people.

I went through the drive thru and at first I was irritated for waiting so long. However, when I reached the window the barista immediately acknowledged the extended wait time, which then didn't seem like it was that long to me. That alone was enough to turn my mood around. However, THEN she went above and beyond and said my order was on them. They paid for my order without hesitation and I am more than pleased with their customer service. Nobody's perfect, but it can leave a lasting, positive impression when handled with great customer service. This was actually my first time visiting this location too! Had it been an overall negative experience, I probably would have avoided returning to this particular location. Thank you for being so awesome!

Can’t really go far without coffee if some kind, and Starbucks is definitely the best! I think I’m general the prices are a little high, but it’s not high enough to make me stop going. I love how fast their service is, and it’s delicious!

I don't care what anyone says you people are awesome. I understand sometimes you get frustrated. I was in your drive thru when a lady 4 cars up was ordering outrageous drinks and not just 1 it was like 6 she held the line up for like 20 min just at the speaker. If you want to be bujy like that go inside don't hold up drive thru.

Was visiting town and stopped by to get a coffee. The drive thru was packed so we went inside. Very clean store. The staff was fast, friendly, and accurate with our orders.
