Mrs Cash and crew always have the fries hot and perfectly seasoned. The building is always super clean. Never an issue.

This was my first time at Five Guys and i ordered online. Told them i was on the way on the website to pick up, notified them when i had arrived.. walked in and watched them finish cooking up my order. They have bunless and lettuce wrap options available. Hands down, one of the best burgers i have ever ate! I got the "large fries" and i got a medium cup of fries PLUS half a brown bag of fries! OMG. It was definitely worth the trip and loved my experience!

Although very messy to eat, the last couple of times it has been very good, either that or it had been a while.
Another lunch there today, consistent, Cajun fries are better than just regular and a small order of them plenty for 4 people, unless you eat a ton of fries

We had three people with us. We all ordered bacon cheeseburgers. We were going to get three small fries but the cashier said it would be cheaper to get a large fry to share. The food was sooo good. There were so many fries. We were very happy with the service. The cashier was super nice and the food was hot and fresh.

Who doesn't need a bag of fries in their life?! The lettuce quality was questionable but everything else was great!

They have the absolute best burgers in fort smith. And, if you are like me, they provide lettuce wrapped burgers for low carb Keto. They are absolutely delicious. Now off keto, their fries are amazing...but don't make the mistake of getting a larg for just yourself...IYKYK

Fantastic burgers and fries! I got the fully loaded burger.. it was dripping with fantasticness, the Cajun fries were the best..

Decided I wanted a double cheeseburger for dinner. Five Guys makes the best. I like that I can choose which toppings I want and see it cooked in front of me.

Five guys ....the great place for a hamburger....I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was absolutely outstanding. I loved the service and professional skill the staff showed ....thank you guys for standing out above the rest when it comes to fast food...great food with great fresh flavor...AND the place was clean!!!

Food is always great, but I’m leaving my review today because the customer service was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and personable. Kindness goes a long way!

Nothing can go wrong with Five Guy's. Their food are immaculate with okay-ish prices. At the very least, they compensate with the customer by overloading our to go bags with seasoned fries.

1st time & Ioved it & my Jr bacon cheeseburger 🍔 & fries, real potatoes fresh.

Last time I came with a buddy of mine, the food was amazing and, as always, they were very generous with the fries (we got Cajun style of course). It seems that they fill up the large cup of fries, dump it into the bag, then refill it before sending it out, as there were more fries in the bag than in the cup! The burger was delicious, fresh and always a treat.

That burger and Cajun fries were soooooo freaking DELICIOUS!!!!!! Now i understand why so many people said such good things about that restaurant! I will be going back soon!!😁😁😁

This is the cleanest restaurant. The staff is friendly and very fast. The burgers are wonderful, cooked just right and not greasy. They have a variety of veggies you can add on your burger, and they will grill them too. Different cheeses and sauces. Watch out for the fries we got medium that feeds two but we couldn't finish them. Great job.
