Cyndie, Brittany and Benito made this experience great! Brittany was informative when I had questions about the different suppliers. I also did my own research on the different brands. After a few days I went back in and Brittany scheduled to come out and measure the room. Cyndie and Brittnay even let me take some tiles home to see how they would look in my lighting!! That really helped narrow it down!! We then picked out a tile and grout color. They were backed up a month or so but had me on the calendar! The day before Benito came out, he called and let me know when he would be arriving the next day. When he arrived, he gave me the run down on the process of how many days he would be working and what he was going to do. I am so impressed with everything!! Will definitely be going back in the future! Two huge thumbs up for all the hard work that Benito put in!!

Had a bathroom redone, the installer was professional, always on time, efficient, hard worker and the bathroom was completed earlier than I thought it would be. I'm very happy with the results, I love it!

Cyndi and Britney are the best!!! They really came through for me more than once during our move to Kingman. They went above and beyond to help get vinyl flooring delivered to our home when no one else in town, including Riviera, would even consider helping out. They also really helped when our builder totally screwed up with the space left above our counters and we had to do a mad scramble to replace the tile to be used for the back splash. Both of them are courteous, hard working ladies who know their stuff!!! My dealings with them have been direct, honest and above board. You can't go wrong using Cyndi's Floors N More.

The tile that was laid could not have turned out any more beautiful! All staff that i worked with knew there stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Here's my honest opinion. My husband and I recently had our kitchen floor tiles. The floor itself looks great. However, it took one man two full weeks to complete the job. I understand that there was a lot of prep work. Our subfloor was in terrible shape. He didn't work full days. I don't understand the mess that we were left with. There was black grout on our cabinets, walls, and in our carpeting at both thresholds. There was mud that he used on the tiles on our walls, cabinets, countertops, and yes in our carpets. I cleaned my carpet and the mud and grout have stained my carpets. The man had his bicycle in our living room one day. We paid a good chunk of change for this project and assumed that we were getting a professional. We definitely did not. Please choose wisely when making costly home improvements. I spent most of yesterday arguing with Cyndi about damages caused by her company. I will attach pictures. There is also missing grout in three different locations. I've never been treated so poorly. I finally had to block Cyndi's phone number as she kept messaging me into the evening.Brittany Martinez honestly I didn't even want to talk to you or Cyndi because after the very first day you'll started the job my husband arrived home around 1:30. Napo had been here and did a patch on the floor. My husband assumed that he would still be here working. He talked to me about it and I told him to call you all and check. Cyndi answered the phone and was not very friendly I'm not going to go into details, but he felt she was being rude. I started doing some research and found your reviews. Some talked about how you have previously behaved when things are brought to your attention. I don't care for confrontation. I didn't appreciate his bicycle in my house, or him leaving our backdoor open while he was here with the air conditioning running. The reason I even came out of my bedroom is because he was grinding the subfloor. Which to my understanding he shouldn't of been doing with the asbestos. I personally couldn't wait for him to be done with the job as it was very messy. Again I do understand that having a floor done will cause some mess. I shouldn't have had mud that I literally had to scrape off of our counters either. My Google review of our experience was honest. The house should have never been left in such a mess. Did he happen to tell you about how he was complaining about pay? About how he doesn't get paid by the hour? How he hates doing tile? About how our floor to be done correctly should of cost us another 10k? My guess is probably not. I don't want you all back in my home. I'd rather eat the damages and hire someone else to fix it. That being said, others deserve to see how people's homes are treated. There is good and bad. Again I wasn't complaining about the floor itself. It was the mess, and as professionals who are licensed I expected better.

Went into the store to look at some back splash tile for my kitchen. The lady's helped me and my wife. We picked a back splash and they told us we could take it home and compare their product with another sample we picked up from home depot. The lady's also gave me a pamphlet with a color chart. So we went home compared the tile samples and decided the home depot tile was a better fit for our home. The next day we promptly returned the tile sample. I had a conversation with them explained my decision process and gave them their tile sample back. I left with on great terms with the intention of doing business with these people in the future. Well a few hours later I get a phone call from Cindy's Floors and more and this person proceeds to tell me I did not return the pamphlet that they gave me and never informed me that this need to be returned because it's literally a brochure that is free at home depot. This person was ordering me to return it because she said she did not have anymore to show people. If this brochure was that important to this store why did they give it to me? I could have taken a picture of it. If their vendors are not providing them with these pamphlets that's not a customers fault. The person also yelled at me and said customers that buy from them are allowed to keep these brochures. But I decided not to purchase anything from them at this time I could not keep the brochure. I will not do business with petty business. I'm really happy this business showed its true colors before I spent any of my hard earned cash with them. Beware this dog appears to bite the hands that feed them. Remember this Cindy without customer's you want need the brochure anyway. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
