Customer service is always top notch. Staff always greets at the door, they ask friendly questions about what games I've been playing lately, what games am I looking forward too. It's always a personal experience. Best game stop I've been to.

Fast and very friendly service. I was able to sell or trade in my PS4 for either cash or store credit. Loads of choices on games and merchandise.

Went in for info about PlayStation 5. Provided me with useful info about the machine. Discussed reviews I read, and problems with controller.

Welcomed as we entered the door. Store is neatly organized. The associate was friendly and helpful kudos to him he treated my child, who asked if they had a section of games she wanted to look at, like she was very important. Sadly they didn't have ber game we thanked him for his time and again very polite. We will return.

Side note to owner if you read this: This kind of kindness (not always found in Kingman business but in our citizens) means the world to parents. This kid is shy and doesn't talk to people. The fact that she took her chances and asked (as I know nothing about video games) and he treated her so well gave her a boost in her confidence. Way to go Game Stop guy!! I only wish I would of saw your name.

I'm not a gamer, but enjoy playing every now in then. Can usually get great information from employees and they tend to enjoy their jobs! Good and friendly atmosphere

Employees are just incredibly nice and if you have any questions, they will play more than 20 questions. Very helpful people working there.

Whenever I go here the customer service is really good, the people know what they're doing, the only thing I'm not big on is that they haven't given me a job lol (I'm going to have to walk in eventually and see what's up but an issue for another time, and not a serious comment)

This is the best gamestop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I bring my son in to buy pokemon cards and the staff is really friendly all the time even when they are busy. Manny, Josh, and Zach are what make this store so great. Their knowledge and customer service are exeptional. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

This Gamestop has always had very great customer service and employees who are able to answer questions I may have. I always appreciate the help I get there and opinions on games that I may be interested in. They're honest and I always feel at home there.
