This place is a horrible place to do any sort of business with. Had a pre purchase inspection done on the vehicle (NISSAN GT-R) before driving 1300 miles across the country to pick it up, the vehicle passed the inspection when I finally got there there was an additional 200+ miles on the vehicle and every time you gave the vehicle throttle the car would go into limp mode. I drove 17 1/2 hours and 1300+ miles to pick up this vehicle. Unfortunately I went home without it. They are a complete waste of time and money as I’m out $1700 between gas, vehicle rental, and hotel.

I work in automotive, as I’m a director of operations over vehicle buying centers. I spoke with the “owner” and purchased a $64,000 vehicle. I arranged a date/time to pick up the vehicle. It was roughly a 3 hour drive one-way, upon arrival the vehicle was not at the dealership. The owner also blocked my number and will not respond to our dealerships calls, leaving me reporting them to the BBB.

I was so excited when I went to pick up my new Kia Soul I drove it for about 3 weeks and there's a rod knocking and the motor is blown! I've had several mechanics tell me that I did nothing wrong! Ive had this car parked because I cannot afford a new motor and the carlot employees will NOT return any of my calls! I'm simply wanting to know if there's a factory warranty maybe or any information that can give me to help me out you don't pay almost six grand for a car and drive it 3 weeks! They could have at least answered my calls and said no there's nothing we can do for you but instead, they ignore my calls and inquiries. Very unprofessional! Im hiring a lawyer now to at least know my legal rights and options. Do not deal with these criminals!!!

The reviews for this dealership are fake and made by people that work there or are paid reviews! Customer service is a joke and everything is high millage detailed cars bought out of Texas and they try pushing you through CAC a bank with extremely high interest and puts people in vehicles more then what they are worth! I personally won’t deal with this dealership due to the customer service and negligence from the staff. I put a previous review and they had google delete it because it was the truth and they didn’t want people to know that! If you are looking for a car keep driving by very unorganized dealership and unprofessional staff. They are so mad from my review that they blocked me from their Facebook page like I personally care lol. Everything’s all good when they think they have a sale, read over your entire contract and see what your vehicle is worth before purchasing because they will tank you in it and you’ll never be able to get out of it.

We bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from this place. I asked the sells rep if it had a clean and clear title and he said yes. Well we bought the car, paid cash and left. Got home and the owner had actually posted the car with a salvaged title on Facebook. Well my wife liked the car so we decided we would keep it. The sells rep told us he would have our title out to us the following Monday cause we bought it on a Saturday. Well here it is a month later and we are still getting the run around on the title. When I called and asked the lady told me they don’t have the title but would try and get it. She said if they didn’t have it before our paper tags ran out they would give us more paper tags. The owner did contact my wife last week asking for pictures of the car and vin# so he could file for a bonded title. Worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with them

Do not buy anything here! Horrible service, unfriendly staff and most importantly, vehicles that are going to cost you thousands to fix once you read the codes they cleared! Absolutely horrendous business! Can’t believe they are still open!
