Sonic Drive-In

90% of the time, this Sonic is perfect in every respect.

Every now and then, my fries are old or have been re-dropped(meaning taken from fry holding station and placed back in fryer basket, then lowered back into grease to re-heat and re-crisp the fries. At the expense of flavor.).

Every now and then, the employee taking my order is unfamiliar with some menu items or will say they are ready for my order, I will give it in a concise manner, and then they ask me to repeat each item. I'm almost certain this is due to the employee answering the headset while being away from an order taking terminal and attempting to remember my order until they get there.

This exterior of this store is always relatively clean and almost 100% free of trash.

The ice cream always tastes fresh at the Lonoke store. The Carlisle store consistently has sour ice cream indicating their machine needs to be cleaned.

I always enjoy my experience at this location.

Kudos to my server. I knocked a drink over being clumsy and they had lid on so good it didn't spill. Half price drinks through app is awesome and a 44oz ice water was super too!

This was such a refreshing road trip stop! They even had an incredible playground for the kids! And much cleaner than average bathrooms in the back. Quick food and friendly hosts! (I normally don't write reviews but this was just such a surprising blessing!)

Great stop for some quick treats off the interstate. This is a nice Sonic. It has a drive thru and a playground with a volleyball court with seating for ordering. Nice use of space and letting the kids run it off before getting on the road again.

Drive through is the quickest in town....
If they could just get your order right..the last several times I've gotten food and drinks they have messed up the order...sad they are becoming like McDonald's

The workers here are great, they run your food out to your vehicle you will not sit more than 5 min waiting on your order.

Ordered by app. Got my order fast and the carhop was very friendly and even said of I needed anything just press the red button and he'd bring it out pronto. Great service for Sonic. Plus this place was spread out with a good drive-thru and playground.

First time trying Sonic as Canadians we don’t have em. Customer service was excellent. Food was decent nothing special but milk shakes were really good and we liked the drive in style pick up. Speakers were too quiet though. Need repair or upgrade.

Great food served quick.

10pm on a Friday night and we ordered only milkshakes. The car in front of us was sitting for a bit in the drive-thru. The side door opens up and Brittany brings us our shakes saying the car in front had a large order and would be a while. Kudos to great shakes and great help.

After traveling all day, it was so nice to enjoy our Sonic favorites and let the kids get some energy out on the playground! The gentleman who took our order was very methodical and patient, wanting to get our order correct. Our carhop was very personable, as well!

The lady's in this Sonic were very genuine and sweet! I spilt my drink accidentally and the lady was truly sweet! I ordered a size m ice coffee ,and another lady brought me a large to replace it ! Within seconds ! I'm truly thankful for this restaurant and there hard workers ! Keep up the great work all of u ! Potential and manners go along way ! Thank u again!

I ordered via the app for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! My order took less than 5 minutes to get to me and I literally ordered in the parking lot! The car hop was super sweet and helpful.

My experience was quite possibly the best Ever!!! My Double stack was fresh prepared, and the Onion Rings were the Best Ever!! Hot and Crisp, yet tender!! And to top it off, the Service was Exceptional!! My server couldn't have been any more attentive, if I had been inside! In fact, when going back in after serving other customers, she Never failed to ask me if I needed anything and if all was Ok?!? I will go ba k in a heart beat!! Thank You All.......

Never seen a playground at a sonic before. Definently a popular place to go!

We stopped by sonic today for a quick refreshments on our road trip back home. The host of our
lane delivered with promtness and great customer service all in one. Thank you Timothy for bring your can do attitude today. Rain or shine .

Very friendly staff, order was right and fast. Very clean lot. Defiantly worth the stop. Fresh hot food, even threw in a couple extra cherries in my cherry limeade. Great experience.
