Tina was a great help. She used a machine to evaluate my feet. Then she helped me pick the right style of shoe made by the company that I was looking for. Because I hike five miles a day and have been having some foot pain, I really appreciated her expertise. Though I am sometimes tempted to shop for hiking boots on line because the prices SEEM better, I think buying boots at Tops is a better value for the comfort of my feet.

I was greeted upon entering. The staff was understanding my needs for supportive shoes following foot surgery. My feet were measured and a variety of styles were quickly presented to me. I am very happy with my purchase. All the staff were super friendly.

I have been shopping at Top Shoes in Benton for over six years. The company I work for purchases for me safety-toed work shoes every year, and have also purchased some other shoes there too.I have seen the same sales force there for six years which says a lot about the management/owner. I always have a great experience there. Well, today I called and believe I talked to the owner over a pair of expensive boots, I purchased too small that I figured I would be stuck with, and he did me a solid! He of course did not have to, but did anyway, and I am very pleased he would do such a thing for his loyal customers! I will continue shopping here and you would be very pleased if you gave them a try. I saw a bad review here about the owner not returning a pair of gently worn shoes, I just don't see it happening.

I had seen the ads for the custom molded insoles for some time. I attributed my knee pain to age and weight..on a lark, I stopped in and did the crush box fitting for $200.00.

Words cannot describe the pain relief that came as a result. I'm back walking again and expect to running before too long.

We had a great experience at Top's. We had been to two other shops that didn't even listen to what my wife was asking for. The young lady that helped us got her in a great pair of work boots that she really likes.

Excellent selection of shoes, boots, sandals, etc. All major brands. They use a digital scanner to evaluate your feet and make recommendations on fittings. Very knowledgeable and patient staff, even with a store full of people. This was about my sixth Tops Shoes visit/purchase and we are definitely satisfied customers. The only suggestion I have is they might add more seating.

My husband never had a good pair of shoes. I took him to Top shoes. I bought him two pairs. He wore one pair home. This morning, he put on the old pair to mow the lawn later. He suddenly realized the difference and on the new shoes and put all his old shoes in the bag we're dropping off for Helping Hands. Thank you Laci.

I came in and was greeted immediately. I told the sales lady what i needed, she measured my feet then gave me multiple boots to choose from. Also got the coolest socks!! The staff was super friendly and willing to find what i needed.

Tops Shoes has a great selection and tremendous service. That said, I unfortunately had to return my shoes, a pair of Hokas, because due to their cradling design, they were blistering my arches. That's not Tops' fault at all, and I will return in the future, but for a different brand of shoes.

Good people, good products. Have been here before and will go back again!
