Taco Bell

Decent enough Taco Bell, most of the time the food is good. Some times you do get food that has been left out a little long, not bad but not great…

The employee Victor was amazing at his customer service. He was very polite and was truly a delight. Please give him a raise because of how good he is at his job. He made the experience amazing. 😉.

I came through the drive-through and was greeted so nicely by Kyson, who I believe gave excellent Customer service.

This is without a doubt the best taco bell i’ve ever been to. Been at least a dozen times and i get my food fast and they’ve never messed up an order. Can’t rate atmosphere because i would exclusively go at 11pm after crying my eyes out to Steely Dan.

The items need a bit longer toasting time but otherwise was great 👍

Our family would like to thank taco bell for always being a clean place to take our family to to eat lunch we love you box deals and the hot Sause packets that have fun phrases on them we try to put them together and make a sentence my kids love the cina twist you guys are awsome keep it up and show love through serving amazing Taco Bell

I went there and I had order a burrito and I waited quite a while and got a second free one for the wait!

I went to Taco Bell before close and even as rude as that was the staff was accommodating and fixed a mistake on our behalf along with extra unmentioned items as compensation I was thoroughly impressed and believe those 3-4 young men on night shift deserve a bonus of some sort for the way they handled the sintuation

By far Taco Bell is my favorite fast food in town.

This Taco Bell loaded up my grilled cheese nacho fries like an absolute MADLAD.

We came through like 10 minutes to close and the workers there were beyond kind to us and just super friendly

Food was hot and delicious. They even had our crazy order correct. Every person wants something changed in the order. Went through the drive through very quickly.

My taxi company does deliveries and we get food from here to deliver they're always efficient and prepared properly and professional

Okay so this is going to sound strange but I am the regular recipient of outstanding customer service from Taco Bell in Island City. They're fast, accurate, remember that I like Diablo sauce even when I forget to ask and the never forget the napkins. I typically don't have high expectations of fast food drive thru windows but this outlet often causes me to rethink that.

I'm eating healthier these days (less fat, less salt, etc.) so I don't get by as often as I'd like anymore BUT... On days when I splurge they're fast, I can practically see them from my office and they treat me like a person (not just one of 120 cara they probably process per hour during the lunch rush). I routinely use my receipts to Tell The Bell how much I appreciate that.

They're incredibly lucky I'm no longer running a program where I routinely hire people with good customer service skills. I'd be headhunting the heck out of this outlet...

Wonderful service and a very caring staff. Food was well made and quick. We couldn't pull our camper through, so they accommodated us even though lobby closed due to Covid. Saw we were eating outside and brought us some drinks.

They were great, I went to the wrong store but ordered anyway, they knew what I had done and gave me my order free. These worker's were friendly and so nice. I couldn't thank them enough.

Always fast, always tasty, never healthy. Just what you expect and deserve from Taco Bell. Desi does a good job of keeping this place running all the time, it's consistently quick in the drive through.

I am always wanting a couple tacos. I love the night crew workers. Always friendly and kind. I enjoy the manager who works at night! I suggest stopping in for that quick taco. It's worth it.

The whole staff and whole crew are amazing people and they work hard to serve the community hot and fresh food this place is an amazing establishment
