Regarding all of their services, their staff is both dedicated as well as loyal to the company, having many people employed there for a decade or more. They recognize that, for most people, a home purchase is one of the most important and one of the largest purchases they will ever make in their lives. So the employees recognize the importance of the accuracy of their work as well as the importance of constant communication with everyone involved in this purchase, including both the buyers and sellers, loan officers, real estate agents, etc. (My source: I worked for this company in 2013 & 2014.)
