We had the best experience, after having horrible customer service on a brand new washer that only worked for a month from Lowe’s and having 6 different technicians sent out and it never being fixed. All appliance and more helped us so much and they are so nice and helpful, we even came in 30 minutes before they closed but that didn’t stop them from helping us. Highly recommend them!

Excellent place. The customer service and warranties on appliances are great. Only complaint is sometimes they just dont have anything no fault of their own. If you need a used appliance check here first.

Refurbished appliances at half the price you would pay for brand new, sounds like a deal to me. And they have a 6-month warranty. Be sure to make arrangements to transport your Appliance before you purchase, they're adamant about not delivering. There was a guy there that they said does deliver but he works independently. He didn't deliver when he said he would and never called to let me know when he could. I ended up having to call a friend with a truck to come with me to pick up a washer and dryer.

They were really friendly, however our stove went out less than 6 months after purchase so weve been without for months. Real bummer spending almost 300 on something to work for not even a year 😩

I took my washer 2 weeks ago and it's still not done

bought a frig and washer from them a week ago. called yesterday got quoted a price 475.00 for another frig by the owner, I was picking up today. they did not honor their word. Will need more appliances as have 6 rentals renovations, won't be from here. owners sister seemed really wired would not talk business with me.
