Tracy was friendly, he answered all my questions thoroughly. He never pressured me to decide on just any policy. He assisted me in find the policy that is right for me. Thanks to him, I have a great policy that my family will benefit from, and he got it at an affordable price!

In middle or August i called Tracy to cancel my policy 1st. Sept. On sept. 13Th i was at wal mart. And my debit card was declined. So i spend the next 3 weeks trying to get a 925.00 refund from corperate.
