Great prices, enormous selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just a great place for all retro gaming needs. We've bought several consoles from them and never have had a problem.

These guys went above and beyond to give my son a good deal. Was even willing to trade one of the employees subway sandwich. We made a better deal that made us happy😉🥪

12/27/23: An excellent gaming shop with movies, vinyls, cds, Blu-ray's, DVDs, graphic novels, card games, Asian collectables and more. The environment is friendly with a greeting as you enter. The staff is overly kind which makes the whole store a warm place to browse. Rare for these stores I've been to before. Much needed in our culture.

In town for a Dr. Appointment and stopped in to look for a couple of items for my boys. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable! Great experience as always when I I stop in.

This place is amazing. It's the kind of place you walk in to not realizing what you're walking into. They have everything and also some really hard to find PS3 accessories that I had been looking for. The prices were absolutely phenomenal and I just wish that I had had more time to look around and shop! Thanks for existing!

New to Warhammer, and went in looking for a base set to start. The guys working were knowledgeable and new exactly what was up, helping me make a good decision without robbing me. Prices were comparable to the prices on the website, so no extra to get started right away. Thanks for helping create another addiction I'll be blowing lots of money on!

Biggest game x change I've ever seen! In addition to games they had comics, t shirts, music, movies, figurines and more! Friendly staff as well, and nice music.
I've had bad experiences with another game x change selling me faulty or incorrect discs but the Xbox one game I bought here seems to work just fine.

Walking into this store is always a fun trip down memory lane! That have lots of games, movies, and collectibles from my childhood. They also carry model kits for Gundam, Pokemon, and Digimon.

Love this place! Everyone who works here is super chill and probably knows what they're talking about when you have a question, and when they don't they'll get someone who does as it seems they've got someone for everything. Personally I don't recommend selling here though, unless you just want a quick process.

They were very honest and straight forward with me about what I had and what I needed. This gentleman didn't bat an eye at the extra work it took to figure out what, exactly, it was. And although it didn't work out as well as I had hoped, it wasn't due to a lack of excellent customer service. Would absolutely recommend.

This is my favorite place to shop for games. I've never had a bad quality used game from them. They always work great and they take the time to clean your purchase for you before every disc sale. Plus they have the older games too. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for low price for amazing quality.

First went to the Game X-Change in Van Buren and had a really good experience there. Found out there was one in Fort Smith and got really excited. Got just as good of an experience from the Fort Smith local. Loads better than Game Stop with a more personal, informal feel. That being said, everyone there is very professional and really helpful. Great spot.

I love this store. The staff know their stuff when it comes to the game consoles, and some of them have even recommended anime and feature films to my wife and I.

I just recently had a very VERY mix up with a boxed DVD set, but the manager took care of it with the respect that I have always gotten. I go here more than actual pawn shops due to the staff always going above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
