I have been with sparks for around 15 years and I wouldn’t pick another company. Great customer service and very polite. Never had an issue with any claim I have had either. I highly recommend sparks to anyone.

I am currently shopping for insurance and stopped by Sparks Insurance Agency. He was so helpful and gave me a good rate with what coverage I needed and was so friendly throughout the process. I ultimately kept shopping around but the experience was so pleasant and I wanted to give a good review anyways.

I've been insured with Sparks for over 20 years. They've always found me the cheapest rates, handled any problems promptly, given great overall service, and are just downright friendly people. It's one of the few places left that's actually a pleasure doing business with. Highly recommended!!!

I used to do business with Sparks insurance. Great people! It got too expensive for me and moved over to Allstate. At first it was less, then the new sign up bonuses didn't count anymore and was with them 2 years, they didn'teven know who I was when I called to ask questions. . It got expensive, then called Sparks again and they had new products to offer. They were about $4000 cheaper on autos and house bundle. Rodney and Robyn are very friendly and they do remember your name!

I have looked and looked for the cheapest and most reliable insurance available and this is it. This company was started by one of the nicest men I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. I didn't know he was the founder of this business and I had a wonderful conversation with him. I found out at the end of the conversation that he was the person that started the company when I asked his name. His son is usually the person I deal with, during the four years that I have had insurance with them. He also is very nice, but happened to have been on vacation at the time when I met his father that was in there checking on the receptionist or other agent that was working that day. I recommend this place over all others. Not only do they have the lowest rates but they are friendly, down to earth, nicest people that you'll ever look forward to paying your bill to.

Robin was so great !! She helped me navigate the car insurance getting process and I was out of there in no time ! In fact I had so much in my mind she actually helped me slow down a little and think about all of the little details in my policy ! They make a difference !! It is that kind of service that makes a business stand out ! Go see her & get a quote before you make a decision !!

This man and woman team will find you the policy you want at a great price. I took my father to them and he switched that day and couldn't believe how much he had been overpaying.
